Mr Truth covers some interesting topics but unfortunately doesn't provide much detail. It is quite repetitive and basic. I hoped it would be much better.

Thank you Netgalley for this ARC. The opinions is strictly my own.

Mr.Truth is a interesting fellow. I was hoping for a more baasic explanation of tyranny then we are all balls of energy that play chess. It was hard for me to understand what Mr.Truth was trying to explain and I'm rather familiar with the topic. I'll be honest the book made me a little uncomfortable, something about the tone was just off.

The book cover is what drew me in - almost like a comic book, but the story inside was not what I expected. While I love the aspects of kindness and bringing people together, I think the concept of Tyranny can be a hard concept for young minds to grasp and I'm not sure the way the book explained Good vs. Evil - Wrong vs Right was the correct way for children. There were great concepts in the book, that if kept more light hearted it would've been spectacular. But it was a little harsh for what I think it needed to be for this subject for this audience. I was also taken aback about the Heaven vs. Hell and is there afterlife part of the book. There is too much going on for little minds. Again some great concepts within, but not well executed in my opinion for children.
