Home. This is a beautiful collection of poetry and I this this book is best for modern poetry lovers. There were a few poems that really hit the mark for me. However, I felt that many poems were lost on me or they felt repetitive. I don't think I disliked this collection but I do not feel like I loved this either.

Thank you Net Galley and the publisher for my gifted ebook.

I've haven't read much poetry but this was amazing. I don't know how else to say it but I loved it all.
Whitney Hanson has a beautiful way of writing about love, loss and healing.
This book felt like a big warm hug on your saddest day. Some poems felt like they were written just for me.
Losing people you love is hard but Whitney poems have a warm way of making you feel that its okay and it going to be okay, that you will make it out at the end of the tunnel.
This book is written in 4 parts. Losing, Lost, Flying and Home. Each part is filled with moments and feelings that everyone goes through. They teach us how to understand lost, grief and to be loved not only by someone else but by yourself.
This book is an amazing read for someone who feels stuck and think that they can't move on. I would recommend this book to anyone who is healing from all sorts of pain.
Whitney Hanson is an amazing writer and im glad I was able to read Home. I annotated this book all over and will be going back to read certain poems, It gave me comfort in knowing that things will be better maybe not now or tomorrow but one day I will wake up happy and enjoy every piece of it. This book made me feel like home with myself.

I really enjoyed this. It had so much less of the "Instagram therapist" feel than so many others and I felt like I could connect more to this poet's actual experience and emotion than I have been able to with similar collections. I will definitely read more from her.
