Really enjoyed this book. It's the second I've read by the author and doesn't disappoint. Great characters and lots of twists to keep you guessing.

Her relationship with her daughter, Tish, is not good- especially when Charity's ne'er do well brother persuades Tish to leave college to be with him. Will Brigid ever get her life back?

I enjoyed this book quite a bit. It's kinda similar to a couple of books that I've read in the past but that didn't take away the fun and thrill this one had.

I would've wanted for the twists to be more unpredictable but well, we can't have everything, anyway.

Kudos to the author!

Carey Baldwin does it again. Each of her books gets better and better. This one takes the reader down a path of gaslighting and amnesia until the jaw-dropping end.

This book was confusing.
#i was constantly confused with the POV's.
# The characters were also confusing. The personality shifts were exhausting to keep up with.
# they sounded kind of bratty.
# The end twist was going good and fell flat.

Omg wow! I'm speechless. The threat of this grabs hold of you and doesn't let go. It will leave you paranoid. I had no idea who I could trust.

This book was completely predictable. I had the plot figured out within the first few chapters, was hoping for a god twist, but it was predictable as well. The characters didn't have any likeable aspects to them. I had to force myself to finish the book.

I did not finish this one, it was not for me, I couldn't relate to the characters, and just did not care for the story.

I unfortunately did not finish this one. It failed to draw me in right away from the start like this author’s previous books.

Bridget is married to Jackson and charity is married to Nash. But these are second marriages and Jackson and charity were a couple as were Bridget and Nash.

When Bridget is accidentally shot it causes her to suffer from emotional amnesia. This in turns brings back nightmares. She slowly realised that in fact this is a suppressed memory and tries to find out the truth, not knowing who to trust.

I found this book really slow to get started and hard to stay on track and follow it. While there was some suspense, it didn’t seem to flow for me.

Well this was a fun read and it really worked for me. At first I wasn't sure where it was going to go domestic or thriller. About half way through it got quire suspenseful. I loved the ending

Sadly, this was a DNF for me. I wasn't able to become connected to the story. I suspect that this was an issue with me rather than the book so I do plan to revisit it at another time.

This book was ok, but confusing at times. It was also a bit unrealistic. Here we go again the amnesia trope. It was very slow and I began to lose attention.

This is the first book I've read by this author & it won't be my last! I couldn't put this one down! A great read!!
