This was a sweet story. I am not familiar with MC romances and this is the 6th in a series. It has made me interested in going back and reading the earlier parts of the series. It is a short read so I would suggest people check it out if you want to see if MC romance is for you.

Sometimes I forget that I’m reading novellas and get annoyed because of the rushing, so I had to keep that in mind while reading this.
I haven’t read the other books in the MC series, but this one I liked. I liked Tiffany and felt she was well written. She worked on herself and didn’t let anyone tell her what she could or couldn’t do. Tank was caring and tried to remain mindful of Tiffany’s situation.
I did think that his infatuation with her was a little weird to start with only because I didn’t understand it. I understood why she liked him, but not so much what he saw in her. I wish that would’ve been expanded upon ever so slightly more.
While I did enjoy their story, I probably will not read the rest of this series only because I don’t think I’m the biggest motorcycle gang fan: I’m definitely more of a mafia girlie. That being said, I think this was a well written book with interesting characters and I imagine that books that came before it were just as good.
I received an advance copy of this book, courtesy of Evernight Publishing and NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

This was a short but good read. The story starts pretty dark, so be prepared for that. The story is about Tiffany, a young woman who Tank and members of his MC rescue after being kidnapped by another MC involved with trafficking. Honestly, this was mostly a clean MC romance, which I found to be nice.

Winter Sloane creates wicked books that keep you reading through the night because you cannot put them down. This book has some trigger warnings but the ending is everything!

This was a quick, hot read! While the characters were pretty well developed the speed of the story made up for it. If you like a good plot that'd a quick read, Tank's Promise is for you.
Tank is a patched MC member who helps rescue some women from another MC that is into human trafficking what he doesn't expect is the pull of Tiffany, one of the women he has rescued, just as she didn't expect the pull she feels toward Tank. This is a story of healing and how one man, who is not always a good man, helps one woman escape and heal from her trauma.

This was such a cute book! It features betrayal, redemption, and a falling in love between our two main characters! I really enjoyed the premise, especially the MC part! MC romances hold a special place in my heart and this book was no exception! Can't wait to read more by Winter Sloane!
Thank you NetGalley for an eArc in exchange for an honest review!

Tank never thought going on a mission with his MC brothers would have him meeting someone and Tiffany had all but given up hope that someone would find her. This is a short but dark MC romance with some heavy subject matter that starts off right from the beginning so buyer beware, but still highly enjoyable. It was nice that Tank is able to show a softer side even though he can be tough and I enjoyed the fact that Tiffany was shown as a strong woman overcoming her horrible situation, although their relationship did seem a bit quick. Fear not, this book is not all doom and gloom with serious scenes, there’s plenty of steaminess as well. 4 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed an arc copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own

Win tank and the rest of his MC raid a rival MC gangs Safe House they didn't expect to find a woman held captive. Tank while exploring, ends up saving Tiffany from her jailer and she forms an immediate bond with him as he does with her. He didn't expect to develop an overwhelming need to protect her but he did.
He wanted to make sure that she got the right care and healing and with his help and the help of others she slowly takes back her life and learns to trust and love again.
Tank and Tiffany's story is a sweet one that warms your heart to see someone who suffered captivity torture and violation to be able to heal and find love.

I received an ARC of this book from the publisher and plowed through it. I finished the whole thing in a couple of hours, enjoying the brisk plot pace and shorter length, which make it a quick read. I’m a sucker for a protective man sweeping in to rescue a woman (makes my feminism fly out the window, sorry), so I liked that aspect of this story. It was similar to other biker romances I’ve read in the past but also had some interesting elements, such as the sanctuary the bikers work with offering a safe space to the women they rescue to rehabilitate away from any men.
While there are other books with similar insta-love situations to Tiffany and Tank’s that I’ve read and enjoyed, this one felt a little uncomfortable. It felt more like hero worship or fixation than actual attraction and romantic intention. After being abused, Tiffany instantly latches on to Tank with no adverse reaction to him. She is full send from the get-go for having sex with him even after being sexually assaulted for months. Tank also describes Tiffany as various baby animals needing affection in the first part of their relationship. In addition, he talks about how she was his because he found her, making it seem more like she was an object than a person. I did appreciate that Tank told Tiffany to go to the sanctuary and work through her trauma before starting a relationship with her. It's the bare minimum, especially since he broke the rules and showed up at the sanctuary to try and catch a glimpse of her, but small victories, I guess. Since the story happens in less than six months, their relationship moves uncomfortably fast and somewhat out of order.
There were moments when I was pulled out of the story by oddly phrased sentences and grammatical errors, although it wasn’t hugely detrimental. Also, I detested the fact that anytime Tiffany and Tank were kissing, it described him as pushing his tongue down her throat. It’s such a gross way to phrase that. I don’t want some guy licking the back of my throat when we’re making out, and prefer not to read about it so that image isn't in my mind.
Overall, if you enjoy biker books and are looking for a quick romance read this isn’t a bad pick. There’s a good amount of action and romance, and it does end with a happily ever after.
TW: Kidnapping, Sexual Assault, Abuse, Violence, Death (not of a main character)

This was a quick and enjoyable read. The quintessential bad guy who falls for the sweet but damaged girl… I enjoyed how much he cared for her and supported her recovery. I would have liked more of a slow burn, considering what she’d been through but he was definitely kind with her.

First time reading this author. Overall a good read. Damsel in distress (Tiffany), rescued (by Tank), then both work through somethings to be together. Sometimes the mission you think you go on turns out to be entirely different.

Thank you netgalley and Evernight Publishing for allowing me to read this book. I think Tiffany’s feelings toward Tank was more of a trauma bond. I felt like it wasn’t really realistic how quick Tiffany bounced back from what she went through. I did like how protective Tank was over her but wasn’t a fan of the insta love.

Tank saves Tiffany from a dangerous situation. Even though she is terrified of men she clings to Tank. Tank tells her that he is not a good person but she doesn't care. Instant attraction MC romance.

Hmmm.. I’m not really sure how I feel about this book. Everything went SO FAST, which I kind of understandable since it’s less than 100 pages. It just didn’t seem believable. And it’s not the type of book that you read for the smut, expecting zero plot.. it’s got plot, with some smut, but the plot had big gaps. But it’s a good, quick read, if that’s what you’re looking for!

Could not get past the second charter. The girl did not react like a trauma patient would. Was not believeble

Danger, drama, mystery and intrigue carry this story along at a lightning pace. I enjoyed the trouble and intense moments in the relationship, but the romance wins out eventually. Well written, kind of fun and well worth the read, I enjoy these books by Winter Sloane and can't wait for more in future.
Great work!!.

Thank you NetGalley for the eARC. I just recently found this author so I am totally behind on the main characters but I do love this MC. The men are stand up type of guys and they completely respect women which is a plus for me. This story didnt seem unrealistic to me at all either which i also enjoy. I do not like when within the first chapter the main characters meet and are already naked, usually without condoms. But this man had to work for it and I was there for it all. Can be read as a stand alone but...why? read the series!!

This was a short but good story. Tiffany has give up hope of being rescued from this traffickers prison. She just wants to die and feel nothing. When Tank finds her and helps rescue her they form a bond that is unbreakable. Tiffany builds her life back and is ready to show Tank who she is after healing.
