I loved Ali and Luke's story! It was such a cute book. It was perfect for the series and I recommend it to all my friends!

4.5 stars! I won a contest to get an ARC of this book and first I was just excited to be able to actually WIN something. But now I am doubly excited for winning this book because I LOVED it. This is only the 2nd book of Jill's that I have read, and the first of this series and now I have added her to my "must go back and read everything by this author" list. This book was a quick read that was fun and flirty and sexy. I totally fell in love with both of these characters from the very first page. My only moment of discontent came with the explanation for Luke's almost crippling guilt over his grandmother's death. It seemed a little out of balance to me. I was expecting so much more than what it turned out to be, considering it had kept him away from the town and his grandfather for so many years.

I am excited about meeting all the other Lucky Harbor residents and getting to know their stories. And the preview of the next book has me looking forward to the next one.

Read in 2013.

I received an early free ebook copy of this novel through NetGalley for being one of Jill Shalvis' Bookaholics; however, this doesn't sway my opinion other than I usually love Jill Shalvis' books, especially her Lucky Harbor series!

This is the 7th book in the Lucky Harbor series, but it could be read as a stand alone. I really loved this book & I'm sure fans of the Lucky Harbor series will too! It's a sweet, sexy, & fun read that I couldn't put down. The main heroine & hero both were well-meaning yet complicated characters. Their chemistry was fantastic! Very entertaining read & I can't wait until the next in the series!
