Thank you to netgalley for the advanced listening copy of the right wrong match. This was a cute small town room com. Similar to many others of romance books these days. Starts at a wedding with a bad blind date. Kinda funny but it was not bad.

Unfortunately this was good but just not fantastic. I liked it, Daisy and Luke were both good characters but it just felt a little rushed and I found myself losing interest at points

Ivy is done waiting for Luke, her best friend brother. So she started a dating app. Finds a perfecy guy, but does not realize it is Luke. In meantime she becomes closer to Luke and cannot decide to go for mystery guy or Luke. Cute RomCom.

This was absolutely delightful and I enjoyed every minute of Daisy and Luke's romance. I also loved that it was dual POV and dual narrator, it really helped the story. But overall this was super cute and I would definitely read more in this series.

Funny, witty, romantic, lovely characters and great story line. I enjoyed this book and the characters. Will be looking out for more from this author.. Thank you for the early read

4.5⭐️
Daisy is in love with her best friends grumpy older brother, Luke. But since Luke was left at the alter he’s been in hiding from their small town. When Daisy’s sister needs help with a new online dating app, Daisy takes the plunge and decides to set up a date, with everyone she matched with. Thus comes Daisy’s plan to save the local community centre but the small town doesn’t think she should do this all by herself, and somehow Luke gets roped into the plan. Will Daisy find a match with someone from her dating app or will her longtime crush finally notice her?
The Ring Wrong Match is a small town romcom with dual 1st person POV, forced proximity, grumpy x sunshine, childhood crush, sisters best friend/ best friends brother, and the sweetest HEA. This is a clean romance with no spice but some kissing. It is the second book in the Love in Mirror Valley series, it can be read as a standalone but reading after the first book, The Next Worst Thing, is recommended!
I loved Daisy and Luke in book one, so when I found out they would be the main characters of the second book I was so excited! The added plot line with the dating app and saving the community centre was a fun addition and added some great twists to the story! “I’m only nice to you” OKAY MR. LUKE STEAL MY HEART TOO! This whole series is so lighthearted and easy to read but it also keeps you so engaged. While I knew (SPOILER) that Daisy and Luke were talking to each other on the dating app (they used different names) I will still giggling and anticipating when they would figure out they’ve been speaking with each other this whole time. I love Sara Jane Woodley’s writing and find it so easy to immerse myself in her stories. I constantly tell people to read this series because it is so sweet and a very enjoyable read.
I received an audio copy and loved it! Justis Bolding and David Bendena did a fantastic job. They brought the characters to life and kept me engaged the whole time.
I love spending time in Mirror Valley and can’t wait for the next book, The Real Fake Fiancé, which focuses on Dee and Noah! I also still need to read the novella The Last Chance Road Trip.
Thank you NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for an advanced audio copy for an honest review. I love you guys 💕

I listened to The Next Worst Thing and fell in love with it! So when I saw this one on Netgalley I immediately requested it! I enjoyed both narrators once again and found myself laughing out loud while listening to it! Best Friend's Brother is a weakness of mine so I absolutely loved listening to this play out! I enjoyed Daisy and Luke's characters and relationship. They both were easy to fall in love with and root for! I felt the relationship developed naturally and wasn't forced! I'm in love with this series and can't wait for the next book!
Thank you Sara Jane, Netgalley, and Dreamscape Media for my review audiobook!

This book did not hold my attention. There was no heat or chemistry between the characters. Found my thoughts drifting through most of it.

While there wasn't anything inherently wrong with this book, it felt unfinished, like it needed further editing and reviews.
Many plot points and narration arcs were mentioned, but nothing got described and taken along for more than a few pages.
First, there was the "romance trope list", mentioned in the first few chapters, and then at the end, it got completely forgotten. Then we have the "mistaken online identity" which lasts hardly for the first third of the book. Everything felt rushed and not well-developed, which is bummer because this book has so much potential!
Alas, while I thought as I stated that I could catch up on the series, I really don't think I will.

This is book 2 in the Love in Mirror Valley Series
You don't have to read book 1 but I feel like you should. You get to meet the main charters in this book in book 1 and especially get to know Lukes story of how he ended up where he's at in this book.
This is a small town romance friends to lover and also grumpy sunshine. Its a accidental dating scenario from a dating app where sometimes the right thing has been there all along and you sometimes have to put a different side of you forward to get your happily ever after. This is funny and light hearted and just the thing to read to have a good time.
Thanks to NetGalley for this audioArc in exchange for my honest opinion

I loved this cute grumpy sunshine RomCom! Daisy and Luke had such a great chemistry.
I really enjoyed how the narrators brought the story to life make me laugh out loud a few times while I listened.

The Right Wrong Match is a sweet, fun and lighthearted romance read. I really enjoyed the anonymous online dating element of this book. It added a fun extra that you don’t normally get from a romance. I felt that it wasn’t a memorable book though. It wasn’t bad in any means it just felt flat and felt somewhat boring at times.
It’s giving: small town romance, friends to lovers, somewhat forbidden romance, dual POV, he falls first, basically insta love and anonymous online dating aspect.
Definitely recommend if you want a surface level, quick read / palate cleanser.

Thank you to NetGalley for an ALC of this book in exchange for my honest review.
The Right Wrong Match is a cute small town romance. I loved the play on all the romance novel tropes, including having to save a beloved small town business! It was a little hard for me to get into at first, and while I did enjoy it, I never fully connected to the characters. I'll definitely give one of these other books in this series a try tho!

This is the second book in the Love in Mirror Valley series, but my first by this author. It's a sweet, fun, and cute romance. Daisy has had a crush on Luke for a very long time, but he doesn't have the same feelings, so Daisy tells herself it's time to move on. She decides to join a dating app and it goes well until a mishap lands her into a new job. Luke is recruited to help out Daisy in this job and sparks fly between them. Looks like they may have a chance at a happy ending, until Luke's ex joins the picture. But Luke is sure Daisy is the one for him, and he's set to prove it to her.
This was a light-hearted, charming story that I listened to as an audiobook. The narrators did a lovely job of making the story and characters come to life. I enjoyed the story and am glad to have had the opportunity to listen to it.
I received a complimentary copy from Netgalley and am voluntarily leaving my review.

The Right Wrong Match is the second book in Sara Jane Woodley’s Love in Mirror Valley series. Daisy Griffith has been in love with her best friend Ivy Brooks’s older brother Luke forever, but it’s time to move on. Luke is still licking his wounds from being virtually left at the altar by his long time girlfriend last year and Ivy is on her honeymoon with James Weston, Luke’s best friend. In trying to begin again, Ivy is using the dating app developed by the company her sister Dee works for. Ivy has even found someone she finds very interesting, a man named Aaron.
But when a website glitch occurs, it turns out that Ivy has arranged to meet one-on-one with not only Aaron but with everyone who has shown interest in her. This causes a big ruckus at the local nighttime hotspot, and since Ivy has no idea what Aaron looks like just like he doesn’t know her or her alter ego Cece,it’s impossible for her to pick him out of the crowd. When Ivy finds Luke at the event, neither admits to what brought them out but they do enjoy each other’s company for the evening.
When the struggling town council sees the turnout and comes up with the idea to use such events to help refill their leaking coffers, it is Ivy who is tasked with this as part of her community center position and Luke, who is working on the accounting team trying to figure out where the money is leaking, is tasked with helping her.
This is another delightful small town story with many sweet and quirky characters. Told with heart and humor, Ms. Woodley has penned another fun story! I very much enjoyed this book and I do recommend it!

What a darling, wholesome book! I enjoyed listening to the latest from Sara Jane Woodley! And I mean, who doesn't love a best friend's brother trope?!
Daisy is a helper and Luke is a problem solver. It's fun to watch their friendship bloom into something so sweet!

Such a fun concept: bucket list of all the romance troupes to try to find love. Searching for these troupes, Daisy signs up for dating app, under a nickname. This dating app just so happens to have a mishap, which leads to an impromptu singles night mixer where surely, Daisy will meet the man of her dreams right? This grumpy/ sunshine small town romance is just adorable. BRB so I can go read the other novels in the series!

The Right Wrong Match is a great sequel. We leave 'The Next Worst Thing' off with one successful relationship and one groom left right before the wedding and this book picks up shortly after. After being left nearly at the alter Luke does everything in his power to avoid being set up while Daisy on the other hand has been pining for Luke for as long as she can remember. Right when she is about to give up the tide starts to change.
This book is a sweet continuation of the series and I will definitely being continuing it. They are lighthearted but realistic and the couples are hard to not root for. Who doesn't want to root for someone to get their long term crush on their best friend's big brother. Daisy is sweet, caring and has a big heart and you understand Luke's hesitation to jump into anything new. They have been around each other for so long it's hard to tell when the friendship feelings turn to more but boy is it fun to read along the way.
Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a sweet happily ever after read. Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read this book!

I, unfortunately, didn't know this was the 2nd in the series, but I will be going back to read book one because I really enjoyed the authors writing, and these characters were great.
I typically read a little steamier romances, but this book was perfect for me. It's a sweet love story about 2 people who really needed to be together, but the timing was right - until now! Seeing these two fall for each other was so nice, and Daisy and Luke were really perfect for each other - it just took them some perfect timing to figure it out.
Daisy has been crushing on her best friend's brother for years but never thought he would ever choose her but as their friendship blossoms, so do some feelings...I absolutely loved watching them grow as a couple!
A perfect romance, and I can't wait for Noah and Dee's story next.
I listened to the audible, and they narrators were perfect and brought these characters to life.

I felt this story was just all-around cute. I requested this book not knowing it was book two. I didn’t feel that impacted the readability of the story.
Checks all the boxes for me.
-Dual POVs
-Childhood friends
-She made the first move but he fell harder
-friends to lover
-best friend’s brother
-grumpy sunshine
-small town
If you’re looking for a feel-good romance that is light and fluffy, this book is for you!
Thank you Net Galley for the privilege of an ARC for a fair and honest review.
