Being new to the air fryer craze, I found this book really useful. Plenty of easy to follow, simple to make recipes. Some are saved into the family meal planner for easy reference. Great for any new or established air fryer user!

Despite having my air fryer for 3 years I haven’t graduated much past reheating food and the occasional vegetable or chicken recipe. I have checked out a plethora of air fryer books from the library in search of interesting recipes and I don’t need to look any further! This book is stuffed with innovative and elevated air fryer recipes, from Asparagus and Goat Cheese frittata to homemade Gyoza to lavender lemon donuts and everything in between. While I wouldn’t call these recipes “easy” as the title suggests, the recipes certainly look delicious and are all made from “real” food - no premade crescent dough here!

Don’t skip the introduction sections where Paster offers invaluable tips and tricks on how to properly use the air fryer. It turns out I was doing almost everything wrong…oops. But now I know better! I also loved the tips peppered throughout the cookbook.

Overall, this cookbook has a great selection of elevated recipes, many of which are globally inspired, to level up any cook’s air fryer game.

Gives lots of new recipes and possibilities for those stuck in I use mine the same way everyday! I wish there were more pictures, I think it really increases interest in trying a recipe. I also likes the section on safety!

I rarely used my air fryer because things I cooked in it usually came out soggy or just not tasted like I wanted but when I came across this recipe book I decided to give it another go and not only are there some nice easy recipes in here to try but also loads of tips for beginners and the like to air frying. I couldn't believe I could cook biscuits in an air fryer and was pleasantly surprised at not only how simple it was but how great they tasted! Another thing my family and I enjoyed trying out was the apple fritters! Yummmm!

Delicious easy to follow recipes. I purchased an air fryer because ally friends raved about theirs, but they only used the fryer for frozen snacks. I don't eat frozen snacks. These are recipes for food that i like to eat. I recommend this book for people who don't use their air fryer and those that want to expand their use.

Super Easy and Delicious Air Fryer Recipes is yet another excellent cookbook by food writer, Emily Paster. It’s filled with mostly easy, mouthwatering foods that can be made in the air fryer, which most of us now own. Included are appetizers, dips, main dishes with chicken, beef, lamb, and seafood, vegetarian main dishes, breakfasts and brunches, breads, and desserts.

As is Paster’s style, the recipes are written simply in the traditional manner and are easy to follow by anyone, both beginning and advanced cooks. There is a good variety so that there are recipes that appeal to everyone, no matter how picky. The variety also includes recipes that have backgrounds from several countries including China, Israel, Mexico, India, Japan, and France. There are also recipes from regions across the US.

Some of the recipes have beautiful photographs. The only thing that could really improve this cookbook would be to include those beautiful photographs of every recipe. However, that is not to be and doesn’t make the cookbook any less appealing.

All told, this is an excellent air fryer cookbook. It has basic instructions for using any brand of air fryer, as well as hints to make it easier to make your favorite dishes. The recipes are very appealing, and this is definitely highly recommended.

Easy to follow. The recipes are ones I haven't already seen many times. The photographs are excellent and I wish there were some of every recipe. There are several recipes I am anxious to try. The apple fritters are number one on my list.

The perfect cookbook, I have so much envy that this is not on my cooking bookshelf in my kitchen. The book is beautiful and bright, the text is clear and the recipes are simple yet exciting. The problem I encountered was that it does not work well with the Netgalley app, it is not available in E-book format on the Kindle app, I find on a day-to-day basis the Netgalley app not working efficiently. I would struggle to use this day-to-day in the format it is in, which is unfortunate as the content appeals to me. I have provided stars based on the book cover and descriptive content.

This is an outstanding air fryer cookbook. The recipes aren’t all the same that I’ve seen before, and the pictures are great and very helpful. I like knowing what the dish is supposed to look like, I’m sad there’s not a picture from every recipe.

Recipes were okay. I wasn’t super impressed with the recipe selection. I feel like there could have been way more here.

As said by some previous reviews, the tips on selecting an air fryer are not so much use if you already have the item. However, some great recipes that I am looking forward to trying in my new airfryer. I'm especially looking to cook more veg dishes and maybe a sweet treat or two! The eggs in a basket will become a regular recipe and love the french toast recipe.

This is a great introduction into the world of air frying - I especially appreciated the section on best oils to use and how to clean the machine after use. The recipes cater to those looking for simple, quick and healthy meals as well providing enough challenges for those wanting to go a step further. It features a great variety of cuisines and flavours. Highly recommended.

There are so many recipes in here! My only comment is that I would love to see some more pictures, but overall I was impressed.

I do not have an air fryer, but was interest in the concept of how they work, being careful about eating too much greasy food. I found this book very informative regarding the machine, and the recipes where easy to follow and cook for people with air fryers. I can see that this machine could be very useful for singles and family alike, and much more healthy then deep frying. A very basic and practical book. This book has a great variety of recipes for using the air fryer and they are easy to follow with full color instructions and step by step instructions.

I have an air fryer and besides the usual frozen breaded foods I was a bit stuck at what I could cook in it. This book is a great introduction to doing more with your air fryer and I am really excited to try some of the recipes (especially the breakfast and brunch ones!) It is well laid out and clear to understand. I wouldn't call all the recipes super easy due to the ingredients - but certainly ones to try! I would have liked it if there were more images of the recipes as I am a visual person, especially when it comes to food. Overall a great book if you want to get more out of the air fryer.

I just bought an air fryer last year and I never use it because I don't know what to do with it. This book is super helpful for beginners. It starts the reader off with the basics on how to use and helpful tips. I wouldn't have thought to make any of the recipes the book suggests on my own. Very creative and versatile ideas for using the air fryer.

Super Easy and Delicious Air Fryer Recipes is a nicely presented e-cookbook promising to make air-frying your favourite recipes a breeze.
We bought an air fryer a couple of years ago, and typically only use it for fish & chips from the freezer, or quick-roasting a whole chicken. I was keen to discover some other uses for it, and liked the chatty presentation, focus on healthy eating, and relative simplicity of the recipes.

Starting with tips of selecting, caring for and using your air fryer, this is then organised into chapters including breakfast/brunch, appetisers, vegetarian, white meat, read meat, seafood, and desserts.
The accompanying photos are attractive but not labeled or always in the right place - hopefully this was fixed for the final version. Unfortunately not every recipe has an accompanying photo, which I think is a mistake in a cookbook - you need an idea of what it’s meant to look like!

My main gripes are that it’s too American, using ingredients that are not readily available here, and that there is hardly any consideration of those following a gluten-free diet, with many of the recipes being wheat-based or involving bread-crumbs. Tips for appropriate substitutions would’ve helped here.
I haven’t tried any of the recipes and unfortunately it archives in 10 days, and will then disappear from the NetGalley shelf app, which I didn’t realise when I requested it. Hopefully I can make a few things before this happens!
