So honesty time I have had an air fryer sitting in a cupboard for longer than I can to remember and apart from some oven chips in the beginning and a failure at making cheese sticks I have not used the air fryer even though others rave over it so I have taken this book as a challenge to start trying out some of the exciting options in here and I am starting with vegetable spring rolls tomorrow so wish me luck.

I like this cookbook and I will definitely be making a ton of these, but I NEED MORE PICTURES!!! Pictures really make people want to make the recipes, and there just wasn't enough. There was room for one of each dish.

This was a super quick and easy read with a nice variety of recipes. I love using my air fryer and I feel like this book will have a new recipe for anyone that picks it up.

I have had an air fryer for years but reading this book made me realize that I have not been using it to its full potential. The book is essentially divided into courses: Breakfasts, Appetizers, Mains and Desserts. All recipes are achievable, although some require special equipment (for example, pans that are made for the air fryer). Although the photographs are beautiful, there are not pictures of every recipes and as someone who gets inspired to make something by looking at the photograph, I would have liked to see more.

I recently acquired an air fryer. I was looking for an easy put together recipe guide and this was an excellent pick. The recipes are fun, interesting, and easy to follow. Complete with gorgeous full color photographs this book will have you making perfect crisp air fryer food in no time!
