Fun book full of delicious recipes. I’ve already enjoyed making a couple recipes and all have been fantastic, my favorite being the Citrus Marinated Scallops. Looking forward to making more.

I absolutely love Mediterranean food, and love the idea of it being quick and easy even more! So when I saw this, I knew I had to read it. There are a wide range of versatile and delicious recipes crammed into this one book - some simple and delicious, and some more original. There is sure to be something that suits all of the family in here. There are clear step by step instructions, helpful tips, and nutrition information on each page. My only criticism would be that I love it when a recipe book has an accompanying photograph for each dish, and this book doesn’t. But I understand that that’s not always realistic, especially given how many recipes are in this book, I just like to know what I’m aiming for.

Would recommend.

Thank you to Quarto Publishing Group – Harvard Common Press, and Netgalley for an eARC of this book to read and review.

This is lovely, and extensive, Mediterranean cookery book.

Pictures are divine and mouth watering to say the least! Measurements are given in options of grams / mls / cups etc as appropriate - I find this very useful.

The sections are appropriately divided into the main components - so fruits, vegetable, poultry, means vegetables, sweets etc; and true to the Mediterranean ethos they feature lots of vegetables, fruit and, of course, olive oil!

Such a tempting and well thought out book, I am looking forward to starting with a very delicious looking fruit torte!

My thanks to NetGalley, Author and Publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.

A solid cookbook with tons of Mediterranean recipes. A lot of these sound delicious. There are pictures for some recipes but not all.

This cookbook has a variety of French, Italian, Greek, Lebanese and many more cuisine. It has clear instructions and I like that the measurement has both metric and imperial systems. The additional information on nutritional benefits as well as how to corporate it into a lifestyle is well appreciated. The only thing that could be changed is the picture on the cover or the cover design overall. With that said... I'll go hunting for some ingredients to fill up my pantry following the guidance in this book and try all the recipes.
Thank you so much to Net Galley, the publisher, and author for providing this book for my honest review.

I don't think the cover does justice to the amount of work in these recipes to support a healthy and balanced lifestyle. There is a huge amount of value and knowledge.

This is a great mix of Mediterranean recipes. This includes recipes from Spain, France, Italy, Greece and even some African recipes. Everything includes a brief history and at times has the name of the recipe in its original language included. The photos are great as well.

The intro and pyramid were cool. It was interesting seeing how the Mediterranean diet pyramid stacked up to others as well as fun reading the little tidbits included with each recipe about traditions.

I have always been interested in learning some Mediterranean dishes and I did find one or two here that I am certain my family might enjoy but I wish the book had more photo's of the completed recipe's. I like to see the finished product to help me to gauge how a dish should turn out.

While most of the food sounded tasty and what little I saw looked yummy I just don't think my family would benefit much from these as they also sound like the ingredients would be to pricey to obtain on a daily or even weekly basis. Especially the cost of things now a days.

Thanks to NetGalley for providing a copy of this for my honest opinion.

Quick and Easy Mediterranean Recipes by Amy Riolo is an informative and well put together cookbook exploring not only Mediterranean cooking but also the lifestyle. I really enjoyed the diagram of the Mediterranean food triangle. The recipes were well executed though not attainable for the average reader. I would like to try several of the recipes for special occasions, I would not be able to afford to feed my family with these recipes but might be able to splurge occasionally. One of the best things about a well written cookbook is the ability to imagine fixing and eating the food described which I can with this one. Well done.

Great recipes, especially the soups! The introduction and explainion was a little bland and predictable, there didn’t seem to be new or exciting information. I would have liked more pictures of the food. There are tons of recipes with out a picture.

This is an interesting cookbook. Lots of interesting information and photos of the recipes. There’s a bit of everything in the book, so it should suit everyone’s taste. Lots of recipes that caught my eye.

Lots of really lovely recipes from different regions. I grew up with Mediterranean food and so there wasn't as much new content to me but I'm sure many will get a lot out of it.

I had previously loved the air fryer cookbook so I knew the Mediterranean would be just as good! I absolve this series. The presentation and recipes. I hope this is the first of many in the series!

Thank you so much to Net Galley, the publisher, and author for providing this book for my honest review. This book has all the expected chapters and sections from poultry to seafood to vegetarian and desserts and more. I appreciate how at the beginning of the book there is a very helpful Mediterranean Lifestyle food pyramid. I am new to this lifestyle and really needed a food pyramid that explains how much of each type of food is recommended. I also really like how the recipes are quick and simple to follow. The more unique recipes all have pictures. Many of the other more common recipes do as well, but I really appreciate being able to see pictures of meals that I have never heard of before. I also liked the sections describing what the Mediterranean lifestyle and staples of this lifestyle include. I can’t wait to try many of the delicious recipes found in this book. This is a great choice for anyone who is interested in eating healthy with simple to follow quick recipes. Thank you so much again to Net Galley, the publisher, and author for providing this book for my review.
