Rhyming done well. This adorable picture book pairs animals well that you wouldn’t otherwise consider pairing. Adorable illustrations and a very easy read.

It is a sweet children's book. It has a great cadence and doesn't have the repetition that can become fatiguing for parents. The translation was good. The fact that they could keep such a cadence in the second language is hard and well done. It will be a great book for parents to read to their preschoolers. As kids get to 3-6 years old each page can be used to start a game with the child by discussing a variety of ideas the sentence on the page suggests. This could bring a lot of joy to both children and parents. As the child begins to read themselves, even though the sentences are short, will not be a first book to read. There is not enough repetition for blossoming readers. As they develop a larger sight word vocabulary this would be great for them to practice with. You can have them read a few pages each day and celebrate completion of a book. That is a big reward for early readers.

The illustrations are sweet and very clear. As kids develop the ability to see and understand 2D pictures they will enjoy the pictures.

This is a super cute children’s book, target towards toddlers who are beginning their reading journey. The rhymes make the story intriguing for target audience, The illustrations match the text wonderfully allowing the younger audience that is reading/looking at the book to be able to build connections between the word and the pictures.

Thank you to NetGalley and North South Books for the eARC in exchange for an honesty opinion,

I thought this book was adorable! The illustrations are fantastic, and as a parent I love reading rhyming books to my kids. They enjoy the predictability of the rhymes and could join in once they have heard it a few times! I can see this becoming a kid favorite.
