This is a great book. The suspense is fast-paced, it starts with the main event and quickly gives so many clues that are meant to help you uncover the story but also throw you off a bit. It's well-written and pretty easy to follow. There's a bit of drama between Lisa and her boyfriend. My favorite part was the "big moment" towards the end, when you read the book you'll know what I'm talking about.

Wow, this series gets better with each book. This was book 3. Could be read as standalone but other two were great and fills in backstory.

Lisa Jamison is a badass main character who doesn’t make a hundred stupid decisions or rely on a handful of pills to get through the day. Bonus points right there, because I’ve had more than enough irritating female MCs.

Lisa is an investigative journalist, determined to solve the murder of a friend; a murder for which she’s a suspect. She’s smart, resourceful, and maybe a bit reckless now and then.

This story gives us a mystery to solve, a constant undercurrent of suspense, building intensity, and a sprinkling of romance.

No Time to Breathe is the third Lisa Jamison Mystery, but it can be read as a stand-alone.

I hadn't read anything by the author before, therefore it wasn't what I was anticipating, but I was absolutely thrilled, and I personally cannot wait to read more. It was a compelling mystery that builds up to a heart pounding finish.

Well this was certainly not what I was expecting but it was absolutely captivating! Ots a really Cleveleys written story which kept me guessing throughout. It has a good pace and never drifts off or veers into irrelevant waffle. The characters are well written and easy to root for and there are so many twist and turns. Its plotted out well so it never feels rushed or like there are plot holes and I just loved every second of reading it. I haven't read any of the series before but ill definitely be looking them up now!

This is a suspense/ mystery thriller that kept me engaged from the very first page. One day Lisa went for a run and stopped by the gym only to discover her good friend and owner has been shot. Why would anyone kill Ricky? Who killed Ricky? This was fast paced and had me guessing till the end. This appears to be book #3 in a series but I was able to read it as a stand-alone. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this early release in exchange for my honest review. To be published April 2023. Looking forward to more books by this author.

Good book! This book had a bit of everything! It had suspense, intrigue, action, murder, mystery, mobsters, great detective work and a bit of a who done it! The storyline was very interesting and kept me glued to my Kindle! I definitely recommend reading this book as it was well worth reading!
