Woooo I loved this and ate it up! This is one of my favorite tropes and I knew Sara Cate would execute it perfectly. This managed to be steamy and sweet and emotional all in one. Hunter's ubringing broke my heart and the way he had to hide who he was and his feelings. I just loved these characters endlessly!!

Thank you #netgalley for a copy in exchange for my honest review

This is a good book. The three main characters are Hunter, Drake and Isabella. Hunter and Drake have been best friends all their lives. Hunter and Isabella are married. Hunter co-owns a sex club. Drake is the construction part of the sex club. Isabella owns a yoga studio. Hunter decides he wants Isabella and Drake to have sex and he watches. That progress to Hunter have sex with both of them. This was the first book I read that explored a married couple taking in a third and it was great! Also the groups of friends to lovers on steroids since they are all besties! Love that the author takes the time to also establish the communication how important that is for the poly dynamic to work and how quickly things can go with it you don't properly communicate. Loved getting all three main characters points of view. Do think it if the three characters Isabella was focused on the last, the book seemed more about Hunter and Drake.

Another hit out of the park for Sara Cate. Hot sex, emotional soul bearing, and angsty pining all rolled into one. I enjoyed Hunter, Isabel, and Drake's story line the most out of any of the Salacious gang yet! The comparison of Hunter's internalized homophobia and his journey to overcome that with Drake's inability to commit was a beautiful plot line that flowed seamlessly with the hot sex between the three and in their one on one moments.

My only gripe was that, yet again, Emerson flaunts in to save the day with a soul-rendering quip. I love that each of these characters leans on each other, but it didn't make as much sense to me in this one as Emerson isn't as close to Hunter as he is to Garrett. I love that he's considered the "Godfather" of this club, but I'd like to hear perspective from other characters in times of need.

TROPES:
M/M/F
Poly Relationship
"Taboo" (From Hunter's perspective as he leans into his newfound sexuality and grows and from Isabel/Drake as they initially are intimate while Hunter watches)

I wasn't expecting my polyamory erotica novel to talk about internalized homophobia, so hey, good for Sara Cate. I do think some more development on the actual logistics of the relationship would have been nice, but I definitely appreciated that this was a three person relationship, not just two guys sharing the same woman and not caring about each other.

Diving into this passionate romance, I found myself captivated by Drake, the unapologetic playboy at the heart of the story. When my best friend, Hunter, invited me to help construct the Salacious Players' Club, I had no idea our journey would take such a steamy turn. Hunter's unexpected request for me to be intimate with his wife, Isabel, while he watched challenged my emotions and desires. The cross-country road trip exploring kink clubs intensified our connection, making it impossible to deny our chemistry. Sara Cate's eloquent prose beautifully captured our evolving relationship from friendship to something much deeper. This is a thrilling and unforgettable read, leaving me eagerly anticipating the next chapter in this enticing series.

This was the first Salacious Players story I read - I was introduced to Sara Cate by a bookshop customer! The exclusive kink club is a story I burned out on several years ago, but I feel like this universe is focused more on the pairings than the club dynamics. The relationship that developed between Drake and the established couple, Hunter and Isabel, was deliciously written and empowering to all involved.

Thank you Net Galley for sending me an Advanced Copy of Give Me More in exchange for an honest review. Give Me More is one of my top 3 books by Sara Cate because I love the representation for Polyamory, and the the struggle that it takes to get there. I also love that it has some queer representation too.

This was an engaging read, but I definitely felt like it pathologized bisexuality at times (and always said "bisexual" and never "bi," which frankly just felt inauthentic). Like many books that went from self pub to trad pub in recent years, it could have also used an edit.

I liked this book so much I immediately read another book in this series. I have purchased similar books for my library's overdrive account and think this would also be a good addition.

Shoutout to NetGalley for the ARC of this absolutely amazing book!

“The smile that stretches across his face scares me. It’s the kind of smile that I’d do very bad things for.”

I am a sucker for a good MMF and this one only took me by its grasp me and sent me deeper down the polyamorous relationship rabbit hole, and I am not complaining. SaraCate does an excellent job with writing in the balance of finding out things about yourself and the battle that comes with it along spicy scenes that made a seasoned veteran like me blush. Cannot wait to add this to my ever growing collection of Sourcebooks Books and displays at work!

If you like good smut, this book is for you. If you are looking for a book with an emotional plot and a story maybe look for something else!

This story follows married couple Hunter and Isabel and Hunter's long time best friend Drake as they tour the country looking for and at other sex clubs like their own, to get inspiration and ideas for what they could better be doing. Along the journey, the 3 are put into precarious situations that have them further exploring what a relationship between Drake and Isabel looks like, then what it might look like if all 3 were to be together. Hunter, raised to fear loving the same sex, struggles with his own feelings towards Drake through most of the book, reflective of how he's struggled through most of his life.

Give Me More was certainly a spice-fest. Especially for those that have ever wondered what your husband would think about you wanting to hook up with your husbands hot best friend. I enjoyed that this story fleshed out some of the more upsetting side, the self hate, after growing up in a household that didn't celebrate same sex relationships. It felt like an honest representation, of falling into it, then the shame and avoidance afterward.
While the other books in this series so far have succeeded in the "will they won't they" tension, this one fell flat in that department. It felt like Isabel suggested adding Drake and he was introduced relatively quickly into their bedroom, and maybe this has to do with Hunter's own repressed feelings towards Drake, but there was none of that tension like from the other books. Which makes sense in this book, but was still lacking nonetheless. I also found myself getting annoyed at Hunter for not communicating, especially with Isabel OR Drake separately. I understand that he may not have wanted to communicate with both of them at the same time, but this is his wife (best friend) and best friend, those are the two people that he should've felt comfortable communicating with on ANY degree. It was extra hard experiencing this after watching Drake and Isabel be so good with communication. I wanted to love this but Hunter really soured the entire book for me. I also hate that EVERY book with a redheaded female main character has her with the nickname "red", hate it. Be more original.

These books, in general , are a nice balance of being escapist and realistic.

Bluntly, these are smut with plot. But while kink clubs and heavy handed tropes (like ex-boyfriends dad, stepbrother, ect.) isn’t real-life adjacent for most of us the characters are easily understood and related to. Personally that’s what I look for in romance, spicy or not.

This, book 3 in the series, is no exception. The kink/lifestyle explored in this installment is polyamory. It also deals with coming to terms with internalized homophobia and other stigmas. I appreciate the gravity in dealing with the real struggles within the context of something pretty not-serious. All three of the main characters are like-able. Last but certainly not least, the spice is spicy.

As long as spice is what you’re in the mood for, I’d definitely recommend these. Some of the best in the sub-genre in my opinion. I’ll definitely be continuing and finishing off the rest of the series.
