As someone who love to travel and who owns a travel agency, I wanted to read this book. I started my agency up about a year before the pandemic hit and during the pandemic, it was a little difficult to build the business. Thankfully this book has taught me some things and key items to really remember how to run a business that people are looking for. If you're looking for a good book to learn a little more that will help build your travel business up, then this is the one for you!
