"Cut-Over Criteria" Follows Seto and Jin. Jin is new to the company with Seto being his boss. One day Jin confessed to Seto that he likes him and even after Seto defers him, Jin continues to try. Eventually, they form a relationship.

This was so flipping cute!! I really liked both of our main characters and enjoyed the dynamic alot! Their romance was really sweet and I appreciated how there was a 70% conflict that was unessary to the plot.It was really well done in terms of art and character building and I definitely recommend!

3.5 star!
This BL manga is an age gap office romance where Jin, a recent graduate is helping Seto with his job. This forced proximity creates some tension between them that turns into romance! This is a yaoi and has steamy content so this is for 18+ audiences.

This was a cute fast read and more a slice of life based romance! If you are looking for something fast paced and cute, then I recommend this one!

Thank you LOVE X LOVE and Netgalley for the ARC in exchange for a honest review!

As someone who works in software for a living, I loved seeing the real-life examples of development work habits and the relationships between developers and sales/management.

However, I felt like Jin was under-developed. Most of the story is so focused on Seto and all of the “deeper” thoughts are his (whereas Jin’s only on-page thoughts are directly related to how much he likes Seto and when he’s being a brat because of jealousy/etc), whereas Seto is worrying more about appearances and the future… maybe it’s just because of the age gap, but it made it feel like Jin wasn’t a real person but a plot device to change Seto’s mindset and top him during sex.

Overall, not a bad story in the least - and I’m definitely fond of the backdrop of the software company

This was so cute! A manager in a company and his younger subordinate who just graduated start a relationship after “love at first sight”. Seto and Jin were so adorable. Seto is a bit resistant of Jin’s growing feelings at first but he slowly starts to fall for Jin too. This is a slight age difference romance where Seto is 30 and Jin is on his 20s. This is a bit of a streamy one also. Jin and Seto both learn new things from each other and are able to grow both in life and professionally.

Cut-Over Criteria is an adorable slice of life office romance. The characters are earnest and a bit quirky and the story is charming. It was a wonderful read and I'd recommend it if you are a fan of more lighthearted and heartfelt BL manga.

This one is so yaoi. The characters seem so young though they are working in an office. So I got a bit conflicted. I wanted a better storyline and better chemistry between the characters.
The manga artstyle is good.

Thank you, LOVE x LOVE, for the advance reading copy.
