Managed one book but I have to DNF the rest.

Forbidden love, moving across the country and underage drinking. It sounds like it could either be a good plot or a terrible one. Unfortunately, it was the latter.

Eden is 16 having moved in (moving ☑️) with her dad for the summer. She finds out she has 3 teenage step brothers and one catches her eye. (Forbidden love ☑️ ) She makes friends with her neighbour Rachael, who also turns out to be in Tyler’s friendship group, and joins in all the cool parties (underage drinking ☑️)

The writing felt like it came from some fanfiction and sexual fantasy. Not my style

2⭐️ for the one book I managed as I cannot bring myself to read the other two for more disturbing step-bro and step-sis romance.

Thank you to NetGalley for letting me read this book in exchange for my EXTREMELY honest review. Posted to GoodReads.

I loved the chance to read all three of these books together. It is YA Romance but with a darker theme.

Thank you to the publisher and netgalley for this review copy

So I've been struggling quite a bit with YA romance and started to question whether I was going to stop picking it up. So, when I was offered the opportunity to read these books I jumped at the chance because if anyone's writing is going to get me back into this genre it was going to be Estelle's.

I adored The Mila Trilogy when I read it and I quickly fell in love with the DIMILY trilogy and Eden and Tyler as characters. Estelle has this amazing way of writing that just hooks you and before you know it hours have passed by in the real world.

Eden and Tyler are complex characters but this is also a complex and difficult story. It deals with a lot of dark topics (so please be aware of trigger warnings) and isn't the kind of romance most people look for in YA romance. As an adult reading these books I wanted to shake them both at times and stop them from making stupid decisions but as a teen I would have absolutely eaten this story up and made it a part of my personality.

These books were addictive and I flew through them, never wanting the story to end. I love watching these characters grow.

Overall an amazing series and I cannot wait to read Estelle's backlog and whatever she writes next.

Thank you so much to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with a copy in exchange for an honest review.

Despite being summarised as a romance book with strong tropes that we have encountered before, this was an intriguing read.

The writing was simple to follow, the characters seemed okay, but I didn't feel hooked. The plot was quite all over the place, and some topics were discussed in a way that didn't suit the stories at all. Eden and Tyler's relationship always felt off, I didn't see the chemistry they kept going on about, and the stakes were too low for me to love this one, unfortunately.

Overall, thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for the arc of this trilogy!

These books were a riot! I loved every second and I just could not put them down. I highly recommend to all.

I’ll set these out as my three separate reviews for each book.

Did I Mention I Love You?

I want to give this book five stars because I couldn’t put it down. Teenage me would have LOVED this so hard. Even though Tyler is totally unlikeable for most of the book I totally get Eden’s attraction to him - their chemistry is just palpable. This is also pretty risqué for a YA novel!

Did I Mention I Need You?

This is even better than the first book on the series, probably because Tyler becomes likeable! Eden and Tyler’s chemistry is once again off the charts, they do seem to right for each other somehow.

But, phew - the drama in this. It’s messy. I enjoyed reading all the tension but I worry it makes me dislike the characters. Dean seems like such a good guy and the cheating, both emotional and physical, is yikes.

The ending also took me by surprise, but in a good way! I kind of liked how the tables turned.

Did I Mention I Miss You

This was a nice conclusion to the series. It was lovely to see how ALL the characters have developed. I mean, I think my favourite part might have been Snake and Rachel’s relationship 😂 I’m just pleased that Tyler became a good person by the end, because I always knew they’d end up together - I was worried that they would do so with him still having some alarming issues. Obviously, when this relationship started it was toxic. And arguably it was still the case in the second in the series. I’m glad it ended with both of them in a good place and what looks to be a healthy relationship. I’m disappointed there wasn’t some epic epilogue though, with it being such an intense trilogy?! There was something about these books that reminded me of The Summer I Turned Pretty, so I think I was expecting a similar vibe at the end with maybe a wedding or something?! I was fully expecting a five years later scenario 😭 I have enjoyed this series though - I’ve given it 4 stars but I’m quite sure teenage me would have given it 5 😂

This book is definitely a summer read while it touches on some tough subjects within it, the ending makes up for it! Definitely recommend reading this! All 3 books highly addictive

A highly addictive series about step-siblings Tyler and Eden and their incredibly powerful love story. This box set contains books 1-3 in the series, Did I Mention I Love You?, Did I Mention I Need You? and Did I Mention I Miss You? This was a simple, fun, easy and quick read. The perfect type of book for your holiday, beach, pool kind of read. This is a first for me by the author and one I enjoyed and I would read more of their work. The book cover is eye-catching and appealing and would spark my interest if in a bookshop. Thank you very much to the author, publisher and Netgalley for this ARC.

These books tore my heart out but made up for it in the end. This LOOKS like a light summer read but it also tackles some pretty tough topics.

I love you.

Teenage angsty romance at its highest. Enemies to lovers. Cheating. Young people making bad choices. Fun reading. Open door “fooling around”. CW for mentions of past child abuse.

⭐️⭐️⭐️

I need you.

This book is for the older spectrum of YA. Mentions of drugs. This for me definitely fell into middle book problem. Still angsty romance. Open door. Love triangle shenanigans. Ending was a cliff hanger.

⭐️⭐️⭐️

I miss you.

Second chance romance. Insta love. For me favourite of the series. I think partially because I have all the story from the previous two in the trilogy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In conclusion, if YA is a genre you enjoy. This series is great for an escape into someone else’s life. Perfect for the beach or under a cozy blanket.

Eden is spending the summer with her estranged father and his new family. She meets Tyler, her new step-brother and falls for him. But he's complicated, her stepbrother and has his own issues...

Eden is great. She isn't perfect but she always try to do the right thing. Tyler took some warming up to.... Love how they have to overcome so many issues. The ending is wonderful. A terrific book!

Thanks to the publisher for the arc.
