One of the most interesting non-fiction books I've read so far this year.
Yes, we all know that eating too much, and eating too much sugary and greasy, transformed food, increases drastically the risk of obesity. But the way this is presented in this book, and the research on the WHY we keep eating those foods when we know how bad they are for us (surprise : everything in them is designed to make us never stop eating) makes it impossible to put down.
I'm definitely getting a physical copy for myself, to re-read and annotate!
