this was a beautifully done start to this series, it had a great concept in the Afrofantasy genre. I enjoyed this opening to this series. The characters worked with this world and I enjoyed what was going on, the world was unique and I'm glad I got to read this. I enjoyed the way Isi Hendrix wrote this and can't wait for more in this series and author.
