This is my first book by the author. Naomi and Conner were married as young adults, but after the loss of their first child their relationship couldn't handle the pain and suffering. Years later they're brought back together as Naomi moves back to their hometown and her brother, Conner's friend, gets into trouble. Together they work to clear his name, but Naomi becomes a target. If you enjoy action novels this will be an addition for you.

This book was a decent read, it had light suspense, intrigue, action, mystery, murder, and some twist and turns! The storyline was interesting and flowed nicely! It wasn't one of my all time favorite but still worth reading! I will recommend reading this book! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!
