I recently went to Dollywood for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the food. For that reason, I was excited to read this cookbook, especially to get a recipe for Dollywood's famou Grist Mill cinnamon bread! You will find a mixture of standard theme park food, tradition southern recipes, and interesting twists on cultural dishes in this cookbook. Lots of fun.
