*Tandem* by Anna Jarzab is the first book in *The Many-Worlds Trilogy*, a thrilling blend of science fiction, mystery, and romance. The story centers on Sasha, a teenage girl who suddenly finds herself thrust into a parallel world where her life is dramatically different. She learns that she is part of a larger, complex multiverse, and the discovery of her own alternate selves opens up a series of mysteries and dangers that she must navigate.
Jarzab’s writing is engaging, and the world-building is rich, creating an intricate universe with multiple realities. The idea of parallel worlds is explored in a fresh and compelling way, and Sasha’s internal conflict and relationships with other characters add emotional depth to the story. The romance aspect is slow-burning, and the tension between Sasha and the people she meets in the alternate world adds layers of intrigue.
While the plot can be a bit complex at times, especially with the shifting realities, *Tandem* is a gripping read for fans of science fiction and multiverse stories. It’s a perfect choice for readers who enjoy a mix of suspense, romance, and speculative fiction with a strong, relatable protagonist.

Tandem is a multi-world fantasy about Sasha who has grown up listening to her grandfather’s stories about parallel universes. She’s never believed them until she gets pulled into one. I enjoyed the science fiction aspect of the book. The world building was good. I really liked the concept of the book. I would recommend it. I just didn't like the end.
