This collection of buzz books was the perfect launching pad for creating my Fall / Winter 2023 reading list. A truly exceptional grouping of suggestions, with these books in hand, I would never want to come-up from reading. A few I had already been aware of, but this exclusive grouping put some others on my radar I would not have otherwise known. I look forward to the next collection of upcoming reads!

Thank goodness for the Buzz Books sampler series because I took a two(ish) year hiatus from reviewing—and even reading—to come back to the book world and realize I had no idea what any of the books everyone was talking about were about or if they were even out yet or not. This is such a lifesaver to help reorient myself in the book world and get a grasp of what to look out for.

Buzz Books by Publishers Lunch is always a terrific source for finding fab new books. This sampler features more than 60 books published in Fall/Winter 2023. Highly recommended for readers who want to know the best books to add to their burgeoning TBRs each season.

Thanks to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the ARC.

Opinions are mine.

These are always my favorite way to see what's up and coming and to pick reads for our book clubs. I like to find new authors and have some back up selections from the crowd favorites as well.

This is such a wonderful tool for book sellers (and presumably book enthusiasts alike!). It is A LOT of great content but well organized so I could dive in and out of it as needed.

I love these Buzz Books samplers, and I'm really looking forward to the next installment (hopefully next month)! While I find synopses to be helpful, getting to actually read excerpts gives me a much better idea of what the authors' writing styles are like, as well as whether or not I can quickly lose myself in the story. I am particularly excited for: The Fox Wife, Come and Get It, Holiday Country, and Green Dot.

Thank you, NetGalley, for this publication!

WOW! is all I can say about this publication. I was curious what it would actually be about and I was glad I was. It has four sections: Fiction, Non-Fiction, Debut and Teen. It provides an excerpt from each of the books featured and then gives you a link to read (some are no longer free) the book.

These are all books I most likely would not have thought about reading but I found several (I did stop myself from selecting every book I thought was my kind of read) that I did put in my NetGalley cue. I will be busy reading all of them.

Some were books that had been translated from the author's native language, some were mysteries, some were based on true stories and some were just plain good reading. If you are looking for a book, this "preview" title book will provide you ideas for your next read.

I always look forward to reading the previews. This edition offered some very appealing titles and authors.

This excerpt sampler is a fantastic way to get a previous of what is being released! There were several titles on here that I had already requested/received, but I was able to find many more books that I was interested in personally or that my library would be.

I often browse through books and I find that samplers are the best way to get a taste of what they have to offer. These book excerpts that are usually included within the sampler, give me the opportunity to review books that are within my exciting genre. This often leads me to exciting new discoveries that I might not have found otherwise.

This is a GREAT way to get insight to future releases and a fabulous way to build your TBR! I hope to see one of these for 2024!

I love to discover new authors and Buzz Books samplers are the best way to do that! It also gives me a chance to review excerpts of books outside my genre, which sometimes leads to great new (for me) discoveries!

It was helpful to look through this and get an idea of books coming out end of the year. I really just skimmed it, as I think most books I’m excited for were already on my radar. I would definitely check this out earlier in the year next year.

I always appreciate a sneak peek of upcoming books, and this one did not disappoint.
So many excellent books coming out - and a few I still hope to request (and a lot i've put on my TBR and recommend list!)

Once again, I loved reading through the many excerpts in the Fall/Winter edition of Buzz Books 2023. Some titles I perused include Hold My Girl by Charlene Carr and The Last Love Note by Emma Grey, but I was most excited to read The Madstone by Elizabeth Crook, which I went to read in full and reviewed highly.

Thank you, NetGalley, for continuing to make Buzz Books available!

I love reading excerpts of upcoming releases. It helps me decide if I want to read the book. I just wish there were more excepts of the books I would normally read. Reading several of these excerpts that I would normally never read does make me what to read the book. Having a variety of different genres is also helpful so you can read several different styles. Thank you for having such a variety to chose from.

As the saying goes so many books and not enough time, I wish I could read them all. Even though there was not an excerpt of Stephen King’s Holly, I did pick up the book and read it. Honestly, I have not read one of his books in years but I did enjoy that book even though there was no excerpt.
