I love reading snippets of upcoming books, and reading from both loved and new authors. I'll be adding several of these to my TBR so I can read the rest when they release!

This is a handy overview of some of the titles being released in Fall/Winter of 2023. While not really appropriate as a book for purchase, it is a handy way to see what's forthcoming and to get a feel for some of those titles with the sample content.

I love these sneak peaks. So great to be able to dip into books that I need to know about but wouldn't have the time or inclination to read. Gives me product knowledge that I can use everyday.

Love these seasonal offerings in Buzz Books by Pulishers Launch and can't wait to delve into many of these books. I look forward to these every season. Thanks for the chance to read!

Helped me put together an end of 2023 TBR. Some of these were not on my radar which was helpful for me to find books that aren't plastered all over Instagram or Tiktok.

Always full of intriguing reads. Adds to my tumbling to be read books! A great compilation of wonderful authors and wonderful titles!

Such a helpful & thorough resource! Sometimes keeping up with new releases in publishing reminds me of trying to stay in the loop when I was young & childless & still trying to remain on the social circuit in the punk scene. You miss one weekend & you don't know where the next weekend's shows or parties are & pretty soon you're wearing a sweater from the Gap, eating quiche, & wondering what the fuck happened. Consider this something of a particularly well-resourced bulletin board at everyone's favorite record store, but for publishing.

Apart from the excerpts (which includes fiction, non-fiction, & young adult), there's also a list of notable titles being published in the upcoming season, & I especially appreciate that debut authors are given their own category (because I love to support incredible debut authors!). I also love that a huge variety of publishers are included, from big guys like Simon & Schuster or MCD to indies to academic presses. I can't wait until the spring/summer 2024 release!

A great wrap up of a great many books releasing in 2023. Lengthy samples from each book. I wasn't able to get to all 1250 Kindle pages, but perused the offerings in between reading the actual books! Thanks NetGalley for a preview of Buzz Books 2023!

I really enjoy these previews of upcoming book releases even though I already have way too many books on my shelves. Oddly, and probably a good thing in my case, there aren't too many in the 2023 Fall/ Winter edition by authors I recognized but I did shelve a few by authors new to me and a couple of debuts as well. I read some excerpts and that helped me decide whether or not to add them. I can't believe the 2024 Spring/Summer version will probably be available before we know it! Thanks to Publishers Lunch and Netgalley for continuing to produce this helpful publication.

Good selection, good excerpts, definitively a helper when I need to decide what to request in terms of ARCs.
