Not for me. I really wanted to like this but I just found my mind drifting. I would definitely try other books by this author if they wrote more though,

Alexandra V Dotcheva writes well, and she is very persuasive, however this book wasn't for me. Her system just seems too rigid, and too much hard work. For example, she promotes an organic vegan diet! The sections on meditation and spirituality and being more self-confident are helpful, but there are many other self-help books which are easier to handle.Alexandra
I received his free eboook from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a wonderfully grounded, illuminating, compassionate look at building self-confidence. Lots of gems will be resonating with me for some time to come!

Very informational and inspiring with great details. Book that will help guide you and help you look within.

Exceptional writing style and attention to detail began to make waves in the content creation sphere; I must say you are a master of master-pieces.
Thanks for this book.

Some good advice that gets kind of preachy at times (the vegan chapters, plural, are a little much). Still, I ascertain that reading is a practice and reading stuff like this is healthy practice towards being a better person, which is her ultimate goal, I believe.

I, unfortunately, had to dnf this book. I pushed to about the halfway point and realized I just wasn't able to move on. My biggest concern with this book really is that very beginning and it stuck with me for the rest of my read. The entire prologue felt like the author was convincing me NOT to read the book. I understand putting in short disclaimers of the contents of the book. But the first part was extremely long and they just kept saying things like 'This book probably isn't for you,' which isn't something a reader wants to read first thing! If you are writing about stuff already discussed in several other novels, then you really do not have any need to write a book and think a disclaimer at the beginning saying it's the same novel as all other self-help novels is helpful. People want things different. They don't want to pick up a book at the first thing the author says is 'You won't even like this book...don't read it." ???
I can definitely see where the author at least sort of attempted to put in different approaches, but it all just felt like a repeat to me. Since I did end up dnfing, I will have to give this a one-star review.

It’s a great book that a lot of people would benefit with reading it. I enjoyed reading it. I thought it was very insightful.

A textbook on becoming the person who desire to be, creating the life you want through your health, career, finances, relationships and spirituality. This book covers all the bases and links them together. I loved the idea that failing is a good thing because it shows you’re actively doing something, rather than just thinking or talking about doing it. And that failure is simply feedback, showing us what and how we can adjust and change.
I appreciated the reminder that no matter what stage we find ourselves at, there is always constant work, progress and growth to be had, as we continually want to become the best version of ourselves. What it comes down to is priorities, what we give our time, our currency, to and what we fills our days with, is what makes up our lives.
Very informative and it’s obvious the author has reached her level of success due to her taking control of her life in the ways she describes in her book.
Many thanks to Classic Day Publishing and NetGalley for the digital arc.
