A super cute and quirky story about Shelley Frankenstein, a girl who wants to create scary monsters but for some reason they always turn out cute...until now! Shelley Frankenstein comes from a very infamous family and she wants to live up to her name. Shelley is determined to make her own scary monster but every attempt has lead to a very cute creature... except her latest attempt might actually work! But the more Shelley spends time thinking about her latest creature the more she’s beginning to realize that maybe love and silliness isn’t so bad and that cute creatures are fun. This was a really cute and fun graphic novel and I had fun with it!

Shelley comes from the Frankenstein family. Because of this, she thinks it’s her destiny to make the next scary creature. When she makes CowPiggy, everyone loves it at first. After she teaches it how to be a monster, it does scare everyone like Shelley wanted. However, she learns that maybe that is not what her family legacy is after all.

A cute graphic novel! I think this would be good for elementary students and it has a good message.
