This book definitely kept me guessing, there are so many little secrets! It all started on a vacation, but little did she know that her whole world would slowly come crashing down after. This book kept me on my toes as I kept reading from both of their perspectives. Very intriguing story, a page turner for sure! It all ties together in the end, but it makes you left wanting to hear more.

I will say trigger warning would be about child death and child sexual assault. Nothing vivid but just mentions of it, I wanted to state that for anyone who may have those triggers.

Red herrings kept me guessing. Secrets made me wonder. The main character in this novel meets a woman on vacation, goes out drinking with her, leaving her husband for the evening. Chaos ensues. The woman moves near them. This book was sent to me electronically by Netgalley for review. Thanks to the publisher and the author. This talented author has written a cannot put down story that is intriguing from page one. Trying to discern answers was not easy. Be prepared for some tough topics. Sad but true.

This is one of the better mystery/suspense novels I've read. The premise was intriguing and I enjoyed the different women's perspectives throughout the book. There are secrets and friendships, murder and revenge, and not until the last page do you see how intricate the plot is when all the pieces come together. Highly recommended. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC. #TheMotheratNumber5 #NetGalley
