Wow! This book was a wild ride of twists and turns and suspense. Loved this book and could not put it down. I read the summary and knew I had to read it and I was not disappointed!

A quick, easy read that revolves around an unfaithful husband, his wife and a number of his mistresses; who should really know better.

I loved how this book unfolded; especially with the accident being reported and no one really knowing what happened. As the story develops this becomes clear but I felt the need to keep reading as I needed to know who did what! There is 3 POV and I love the added fourth that remains a mystery until the end. Left me on the edge of my seat for that one!

Wow I was not disappointed at all. My husband is in hospital after being hit by a car and I am happy about it! What the? I didn't know where the plot was heading and that made me feel like I could not stop reading until I found out. The twists threw me around the bend over and over.

I enjoy Nicole Trope's domestic mystery-dramas in Australian settings. There are clear thematic similarities between each of her books that I've read, and it's clear that she has great skill in exploring the psyches of middle-class women facing some sort of personal or external crisis or trauma. Most readers will recognise parallels between experiences in their own lives and those of Trope's characters, although hopefully without the dramatic repercussions her protagonists often endure! While we can identify with many of the issues her characters deal with, whether that be dissatisfaction with life choices, relationship conflicts or the demands of parenting, her high-octane plots give us the opportunity to contemplate "What would I do?" as the character(s) face situations of moral ambiguity and life-changing decisions.

A brilliant book full of twists and turns that keeps you hooked from the very first page. Very hard to put down once you start.

Billed as a thriller, it was really. More of a family mystery saga. That being said it was well written and I did enjoy it, trying to work out what was going on. Full of the usual secrets and lies, not that original though.

This book had me gripped from the beginning. It opens with three different women phoning the emergency services to report a hit and run accident with Damon being the victim. He is left seriously ill in hospital with his wife Marla by his bedside. We soon realise that their marriage was far from perfect as he had had many affairs and Marla had been going to finally leave him. Sonya is a therapist and has got rather close to one of her patients and wonders why he hasn’t turned up for his appointment. Anthea was hoping her baby’s father would turn up for her ultrasound as she knows he was unhappy about the pregnancy. All of these women were connected to Damon and tell the story from their points of view. This book was so addictive that I couldn’t put it down. So many secrets and lies are revealed as the story unravels with many surprises. An excellent read.
Thanks to Netgalley and Bookouture for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book.

This was originally billed under the mystery and thriller genre but then was re-categorised as a family drama which in my opinion was the right thing to do. Had I read this expecting a thriller I would have been terribly disappointed. As it was I found the story enjoyable if a bit slow paced. Certainly the author writes a great psychological thriller and will, I fervently hope, continue to do so in the future.

This a cleverly written fast paced domestic thriller which is told from three points of view and an unknown narrator.
Starting with a hit and run and the phone calls to the emergency services from people with differing accounts, it pulled me straight into the story. The chapters are short and to the point and the characters well drawn. There are plenty of twists and turns to keep you engrossed, and I recommend it to readers of this genre.

With a past and present timeline, the way the book started with the accident grabbed me. To tell you the truth I wasnt overly susprised with the twists so it affected my rating.

Cute story that picks up a few years after Unhoneymooners ends. This is the story of Olive and Ethan's wedding preparation, where her sister Amy is taking on the planning of the island nuptials. It's an audiobook, the narrators are good and the story is a novella that keeps you listening.

A lot of unexpected twists and turns in this story. It definitely kept me interested and intrigued. I did not expect the ending or the relationships that were formed. Definitely recommend this.

Shame on you, Damon Kennedy! This is the story of a man that is completely addicted to women. Damon ends up hit by a car in the middle of traffic on a rainy day. What Damon does not know is that his wife is onto his never ending game of collecting women and he needs to pay.

Told in 4 POV's - wife, girlfriend, therapist and one anonymous person, we learn about Damon's transgressions and how they have impacted each women's life.

This was fast paced with nicely developed characters - I felt bad for all of them but at the same time thought they were all so desperate and naive. Very satisfying ending, you will be guessing all along!
