This was a decent book, it just wasn't my cup of tea. I think I was expecting an obvious Snow White retelling with the title, despite that the description doesn't give off that vibe. That being said I do think that most YA/Teen fantasy lovers would enjoy this book without that expectation. It has a unique class system and does speak about class disparities. While it is a complete fantasy world it has strong dystopian vibes, which leads me to believe that fans of that genre would also find this a worthwhile read. Overall, I recommend taking a moment to check this book out. I may reread this at a later date and update this review.
I received an arc and am leaving this review of my volition.

What a great read!! I enjoyed the story line as well as the development of characters in this story. Although I haven't read the other books from this author, I enjoyed getting a chance to read Fairest. I am unsure if this book is part of a series or not., I was able to understand the plot and how the story enraveled. I will now have to go to the beginning because I know I will enjoy the other books by this author as well.
Thank you for the opportunity to read this enchanting book!

Mageia resorts to theft to provide for herself and her "found" family, revealing a stark contrast in how society treats the disabled, sick, and healthy. When she was young, her life was marked for tragedy due to her distinctive purple eye, signifying her as someone special. As time passes, Mageia witnesses other children facing the same grim fate she once narrowly avoided, compelling her to take action.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and eagerly anticipate a possible sequel from the author. The characters are wonderfully complex and diverse, each with their own hidden objectives, whether we as readers fully comprehend them or not.

What initially attracted me to this book was its stunning cover, but I was kept captivated by the engaging narrative. My heartfelt thanks go to NetGalley and Laquita C. Harrison for the opportunity to read this remarkable book!

Mageia Unknown steals what she and her family need to survive. The perfect Fair, who ruled the kingdom, nearly sacrificed her as a child to the Diivine gods known because of her purple eyes. Since escaping that fate, she’s carved out a life with a found family of other rescued Strange. When the kingdom decides to sacrifice children on a holiday, Mageia knows she must intervene, even though it puts her own life at risk. Things don’t go according to plan and Mageia will be forced to face her past and forge precarious allegiances if she wants to survive and discover who, and what, she really is. What will happen when the truth threatens to topple her understanding of the world and everyone in it?

I LOVED THIS! The beginning was slow but It quickly picked up! Lookin forward to reading more from this author!!

Apologies for my late review, I've been in autistic burnout and starting to catch up with my to-do list. The character building and diversity was great, but the book moved a bit slow. I think that if the book had another round of edits it could become more concise and have less typos and grammar errors.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Once I saw the cover I had to get this one and for the most point it didn’t disappoint. It was a little slow for me at first in the first 20% but it does pick up after that. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book because I’m engaged now.

Thank you Royal Writes Publishing and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ebook in exchange for an honest review.

I really enjoyed this book! It started off with a captivating scene and managed to hold my interest throughout the full story. The world building wasn't too difficult to understand and the plot was well-paced. I absolutely loved the characters and was really enthralled by them. I am looking forward to reading more books by LeQuita Harrison.

The Fairest is a very good and interesting story to read. The book take place in a strange and fairest world. The book focus on Mageia, a 17-year girl who despite an orphanage cares her for family and Gris, a 17-year-old prince from a royal family despite being seen as a joke in his family, he cares for others and is willing to stand up for what is right.

The first six chapters were okay, but after Chapter 7 this is where things start to get fascinating. The book gets more and more intense half through the story with the main villain. One thing I do really like about the book is the characters, especially the main characters. I like how the Gris and Mageia's relationship develops in the book and how despite them being different from each other, they manage to work together and help each other out. I like how this book isn't afraid to show mature themes and violence.

The Fairest is a wonderful story that will make you invest with the characters and its' world building.

Thank you to Royal Writes Publishing, Netgalley and LeQuita C. Harrison for this ARC.

For those who enjoy a mythical read, you'll love this one. Mageia Uknown, known as the The Purple Thief, is captured and sentenced to a life of slavery. Gris, despite his royal blood, endures shames and disrespect daily from family and others in his kingdom. Gris is determined to prove that Mageia is a Fairest and sentencing her to death will have terrible consequences. The Fairest takes you on journey that explores the consequences of greed, false beliefs, and corruption.

The strory takes place in the KINGDOM OF ARDANIA. Here the Diviine Six, have since been replaced and many follow the beliefs of the Ordained. As a result, people known as Strange, considered defected, cursed, and unwanted by the gods are condemned to a life of servitude until exonerated by their masters, the Crown, or death. As the story unfolds, we began to learn more about long-lost bloodlines, powers and secrets that been set in place to ensure those in power are not dethroned by rightful heirs. Part 1 did a great job at giving history and laying the foundation. I can't wait to see what's in store next for Mageia, Gris and the people of Ardania.
