Ok but why am I literally making an air fryer meal from this book as we speak. I loved this book so delicious and easy. I think that was the best part for me. Also when it comes out I will be buying this for my mom she is a semi cook so it would be nice for her to have a good easy cookbook.

I was given this book for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

This Air Fryer Bible is loaded with tons of recipes in almost every category you could think of. But each one also comes with pictures to show you what it should look like during the process and the finished product. I love that. The recipes are also easy to follow.

This is a great step by step book of Air Fryer recipes. I loved all the color photos to go along with the instructions. Recipes are in chapters on Snacks & Nibbles, Sandwiches & Wraps, Chicken & Turkey, Beef & Pork, Fish & Shellfish, Vegetable Sides & Main Courses, and Desserts & Sweets.
Overall the recipes seem widely appealing. I don't think the book would be too popular with vegetarians, since the bulk of the book is recipes that include or feature meat. The recipes do not include nutritional info, but I assume that air frying would be a somewhat healthier cooking method than deep frying.
A good book for those looking to learn more about air frying or for how to make popular dishes in their air fryer.

The cookbook was easy to follow. I am so excited to try out some of the recipes. I had an air fryer for years now but I did not know how many different recipes I could make with it until now.

Thank you Netgallery and the publisher for providing this ARC for my honest opinion.

Great looking recipes with great presentation. Fairly cost efficient and simple to make. I will note that some recipes appear to have a lot of stovetop or oven prep so not necessarily quick to make recipes. This is definitely more a fancier air fryer cookbook over a basic quick air fryer dinner book. I do however love that there is quite a lot of variety and look forward to trying some of these (especially the spruced up tuna melt recipe and the pickle steak fries!)

Thank you NetGalley, the author and the publisher for the advanced reader's copy of this book.

This book is like Hello Fresh meals without the ingredients. Everything is well planned, pictured and easy to follow instructions. For those who are first timers or even those with lots of experience in the kitchen if you are new to the airfryer pick this book up.

Lots of take out recipes and home cooking options.

I love my air fryer as it does not heat up the kitchen – and the crunch it provides is awesome, too. These recipes are easy and easily understood as even the newest owners of air fryers would enjoy making these recipes as they would not stress them out wondering if they would turn out correctly. Step by step instructions and photos are not necessarily needed by people who have had air fryers for a while, but they are certainly helpful with newbies to the device and new to the recipe kind of people.

A great book to wrap up with an air fryer as a holiday or wedding gift – you will never second think that decision even if the person you are gifting is yourself.

Things I liked: step by step photos of every recipe
Dishes look tasty if you are on a SAD diet
Minus points-
Not a good fit for gluten free or plant based diets
* lacks nutrition information
For most people this book will work fine. I just follow a more vegan diet.

There are things I really liked about this cookbook, though it ultimately lost a couple of points for me. I love the step by step photos of every recipe and the dishes do generally sound tasty — like the stuff you’d get at a mid priced American restaurant chain but probably shouldn’t eat more than once a week.

There are the usual chapters of things like sandwiches and beef and pork and and desserts. It leans very heavily on meat and wheat, so it will not be a good fit for gluten free folks or vegetarians. The recipes are also carb heavy and use a lot of things like bread crumbs so they won’t work well for keto or paleo folks. They also tend to be plain old high in calories so keep that in mind if you need to watch that (and most of us do).

Minus one point for a lack of nutritional information, minus the other just because the recipes are all geared towards people who want Standard American Diet fake restaurant food. But there are a ton of those people, so I think this book will have a lot of fans.

I read a temporary digital copy of this book for review.
