Great plot that had a good plot and plenty of steam.

Oaklyn Rose is a virgin. She's 25 and a virgin at that. She's dated, but hasn't found anyone worthy of giving her virginity to. The one guy she wants to give it to, who she's been crushing on since she was 12 just so happens to be her best friend, Hannah's, twin brother Camden - notorious bachelor and playboy. One a night when the three of them are hanging out, Hannah gets called into work leaving Camden and Oaklyn alone. As they're talking, Oaklyn confesses she's a virgin and propositions Camden... and he agrees with terms. If Oaklyn is still a virgin in one year, Camden will sleep with her after a series of "lessons". Camden wants Oaklyn to understand that he does not do love or relationships, this will be purely a physical thing. What he doesn't know, is that he's about to have a very big change of heart. The only problem is Hannah. Camden made her a promise that he wouldn't date any of her close friends and Oaklyn is like a sister to her.

I absolutely loved Oaklyn and Camden's story. This was probably my favorite book out of the entire Dalton Family series. The narrators were great in this audiobook. I highly recommend listening!

I really enjoyed seeing Camden's walls get broken down. I loved seeing this "bad boy" player turn to mush with Oaklyn. He was amazing and took his time with her which is exactly what she needed. And it was great seeing Oaklyn not put up with Camden's crap. The timing on them telling Hannah was perfect and I loved the way that went down.

I highly recommend this series, especially if you like spice! I would say that it's better if you read them in order just for background on the other characters, but it could be read as a standalone without too much confusion.

Thank you to NetGalley, Dreamscape Media and Marni Mann for this advanced listening copy in exchange for my honest review!

I loved Camden and Oaklyn's story. Yes, it was ten years in the making after his sister, Hannah, told him to stay away from her friends. But it evolved beautifully. Granted, it was Oaklyn who propositioned Camden for a little rendezvous setup that would lead to something quite earth-shattering and life changing. All of this behind Hannah's back. For both, Camden and Oaklyn, it was difficult to keep something this significant away from her, specially after realizing they wanted more and to pursue a relationship together. Hannah is Canden's twin and they talk about everything, and Oaklyn's her best friend.

God, this man knew what he was doing. All of these men in this universe are amazing d!rty talkers. Not gonna lie, Brett is still my favorite and I love Decaln too. Camden is definitely winning that third place right now. His love for Oaklyn seeps right through the pages with every word, every gesture... everything he does to show her just how much he loves her.

I love the Dalton Family series but this book felt a little repetitive. Don't get me wrong, it was spicy and definitely entertaining but I felt like I've heard it before. Camden was an interesting lead and I loved the dynamic between him and his sister's best friend. I enjoyed watching their relationship develop and become more than it was initially supposed to. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Mehhh. This was fine. I wasn’t a big fan of the hero.

The narrator also annoyed me when she used this super ditzy voice for Hannah. I read Hannah’s book and she was not ditzy at all so the voice that was used for her was so strange to me.

This book is a quick and dirty. Its high on spice and was pretty entertaining. Its not a deep love story or anything like that but it's a fun easy read.

1.5 stars.

The storyline of this smutty book relied heavily on history, which is a lazy way to develop a romance. This resulted in no character or relationship development. I didn’t even feel the chemistry, despite all the spice.

Both Camden and Oaklyn have crushed on each other for a long time, but they never pursued it because of Camden’s sister/Oaklyn’s best friend, Hannah. An age-old trope that still seems to send people reeling in the smut department.

This book felt akin to a cheesy adult film script. While I somewhat enjoyed the smut, this is a bottom-tier romance book, and you’ll have to treat it as such. If you’re looking for a no-frills spicy book, then this is for you. If you want characters and relationships with more depth, look elsewhere.

This book is actually part of a series, but can definitely be read as a standalone. I have never read any of the other books in the series, but I don’t think I’ll be picking up another.

When you fall for your twin's best friend… This book was so hot! I loved the characters and really enjoyed reading this book. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who’s a fan of spicy off-limits romance!

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with this arc in exchange for an honest review.

Camden is a playboy, he doesn’t do relationships, but what happens when he’s propositioned with an offer he can’t refuse? Will he admit what he’s wanted for years? Or will he hide behind his playboy persona?
This was hot and sweet.

I thought I had a favorite Dalton brother, but now I know which one is truly my favorite! Camden pushes all the right buttons, that is for sure. When he sees Oakland one night, the promise he made to his twin may be ready to be broken. Always warned off of Oakland, the request she makes may be the turning point. If within a year, she is still a virgin, she wants him to take it. But can he break that promise? Better yet, can he stay away from the temptation? OH MY! This is a spicy one! Mann starts this one with a firm foundation of friendship, but a huge amount of feelings that have never been acted on. Their exploration into love is hot, but what I felt was the rising love that needed to come out! Camden is a romantic, and when he made up his mind, Oakland had no chance! There are other obstacles too, and the sibling ribbing that goes on is just icing on the cake. This is a listen that will burn your ears and warm your heart. Grab it now!

Walker Williams and Ramona Master are our storytellers, and boy do they tell this story. Williams comes out as Camden, the alpha male with his needs and desires, his incredible voice giving that edge of decadence. He also has a dreamily romantic sound that is impossible not to fall for. Master is perfect for the role of Oakland. A bit sassy, and comes off unafraid of anything, she does add in a side of vulnerability to her. She give Oakland that confidence she has in knowing what she wants. This team is perfectly cast and made the listen one to remember..

This is the fifth book in The Dalton Family series, and it's my favorite so far. The chemistry between Oaklyn and Camden, Hannah's twin brother, is off the charts! The story is a friends-to-lovers, best friend's brother, and virgin romance all rolled into one, but the book isn't just steamy scenes; it's got an emotional side. I loved the friendship between Oaklyn and Camden and how they navigated their growing feelings. And the risk of jeopardizing their relationships added even more tension to the story. This is a scorching and unexpected romance that I couldn't put down. If you're a fan of the series or just looking for a steamy read, this book is a must-read!

Incredibly sexy!! I’ve read stories of the other characters from the Dalton Series, but The Bachelor is a playboy who falls hard. Camden is approached by his twin sister’s best friend to take her virginity. It was sweet at times, but super steamy for the most part! Giving it four stars only because some of the virginity stuff was a bit cringey.

The narration was excellent!

This book is straight up what you would expect from the title and cover. Steamy, arrogant and wildly successful bachelor unsuspectingly falls for his sisters best friend who happens to be a virgin…..the rest of the story I’m sure you can imagine.

This was my first time reading purely romantic mild smut, and it wasn’t bad. The characters are creative and have an arc, and at the end there are some redeeming qualities. All in all I listed to this audiobook while doing passive activities like gardening or commuting and it definitely kept things interesting 😂

I’m glad I finished the book because overall it was a decent read, I just don’t think I’m into the genre itself. Author is descriptive and knows her audience for sure…If this is your thing, you won’t be disappointed!

Oh my word Camden Dalton!! Camden made a promise to his twin sister when they were younger that he would not pursue any of her friends. He has kept that promise till Oaklyn Rose.
Oaklyn has had a crush on Camden for as long as she can remember. Camden is a playboy with a lot of experience and is surprised when Camden propositions him to help her lose her V card. He makes her wait a year, after that year he agrees under one condition, she can’t fall in love,
But Camden is the one falling in love. Oaklyn has turned his world upside down.
There is so much spice and chemistry.

The narrators Ramona Master and Walker Williams were awesome.
I love this series, and this book did not disappoint.

Thank you to Marni Mann and Valentine PR for this audio arc for my honest review.

When your twin sister says her friends are off limits, you try to fight the attraction. However, when said best friend wants you to teach her…how do you say no…even more importantly how do you let her go and take what she’s learned and apply it with someone new? Someone who’s not you? Great story of two people with mutual attraction finally find love!

Book #5 in The Dalton Family series was just as enjoyable as the rest! Camden and Oaklyn’s story was fun, intriguing and full of good steamy moments. Their chemistry could definitely be felt through the pages. I loved listening to Camden fall for his sister’s best friend.

Ramona Master and Walker Williams did a really great job narrating this book. They made the characters fun and entertaining.

Here for the spice! It started very quickly into the book. I haven’t read any others in the series but it really didn’t seem to matter to much in my opinion. This has all the spice. All of it.
Fantastic narrators also

Oaklyn has always had eyes for Camden but he’s her best friends twin and strictly off limits. She’s subconsciously measured every man up to him and found them lacking which is how she has ended up still being a virgin. One drunken night she makes a pact with Camden that if she’s still one after a year he has to be the one to take it, no strings attached. But the problem is that Camden isn’t so sure that’s a promise he can keep.

I was so worried that Camden was going to be your typical playboy but he took me by surprise. I loved the chemistry between Oaklyn and Camden. It was very much it was always you vibes and I was here for it. Their playful banter was top notch. This book is insanely hot so be prepared. I was listening during my commute and there were several times I was unwell.

This was hands down my fave book in the series. If you are looking for a steamy listen that will give you a satisfying HEA with a couple that was always meant to be then you will love this one!

Thanks so much to Valentine Pr for providing me with an audio copy for review!

Holy moly this book was fire! If you thought Declan was hot, I think Camden just upped the ante!
Oaklyn is a virgin at 25. She wants her best friend’s brother Camden to be the one to take it. She’s been pining for him since they were teens. Camden crushed on Oaklyn when they were younger, but he made a promise to Hannah that he would never date one of her friends. He makes Oaklyn a proposition. If she can make it through 4 sexual lessons without falling in love, he’ll take her virginity. Little does he know he was the one that needed the lessons, because he quickly realized he had major feelings for Oaklyn.
The narration of the book was perfect. Oaklyn was brought to life by Ramona Master, and her portrayal brought out how she was such a strong and confident heroine. Despite being a virgin, she knew what she wanted and she wouldn’t settle for anything less. Camden’s portrayal by Walker Williams was broody and sexy, while showing how caring and gentle he was with Oaklyn. He fell fast and hard for her, despite thinking he would be a bachelor forever. Their chemistry was electric and it oozed off the page!
I can’t wait for the next batch of Marni’s sexy men, I think were in for a real treat based on the glimpses of the Spade brothers we got in this book!

5 Being Taught by the Best Stars!!

I’ve been wanting to read Marni Mann for quite some time and when I had the opportunity to listen to the audiobook of this book, I dove in with my headphones on… what a fun and steamy listen this was.

Since this was my book by Ms. Mann I was a little concerned that I wouldn’t enjoy the full listening experience since I hadn’t met any of the characters in previous books. Having said this, I can honestly say it didn’t affect my enjoyment of this book.

Camden and Oaklyn are the perfect opposites for each other. He’s this grump and sexy man who has no interest in any type of relationship that extends beyond one night, but when Oaklyn asks him for the ultimate lessons he’s sure that he can stay neutral about her and how she makes him feel… silly, silly man!!

This slow burn book had me captivated from beginning to end. When they were having their “lessons” I literally was so mesmerized by Walker Williams as Camden that I basically tuned everything and everyone out because ohh la la, talk about needing a fan to cool off!!! This man is taking his job very seriously and Oaklyn is ALL ABOUT IT!!

I loved the way we see their friendship morph into something so much more which is huge for both of them. He has no interest in falling in love and she knows he’ll never fall for her… but how the mighty will fall. This was a deliciously steamy listen thanks to Ms. Mann weaving a story that is captivating but also the narration of Ramona Master and Walker Williams took it up ten notches! I’m definitely going to be listening to the first four books in this series so I can meet all The Dalton’s!!!
