The 30-Day Anxiety Journal is a wonderful, straightforward tool for anyone to use- anxiety or not. It has different prompts each day to help you gain insight and ground yourself in the present moment. I will be using this daily.

Thanks to NetGalley for the opportunity to read & review this book.

I liked the activity/prompts in this journal. It’s also nicely presented. Something to pick up on days when anxiety isn’t clouding your ability to read and absorb.
Nicely done.

The prompts are fantastic for those who are just starting to journal because of how simple they are to utilize. It's easy to understand without being so simplistic that it's useless, in my opinion. Journaling is fantastic from my perspective as an anxious person who also works in the mental health field. Even if it seems disorganized at the time, I sometimes jot all my thoughts down at once. This makes me feel better, and I can return to it and work through it at a later time. For someone who hasn't tried therapy before, I think this is an excellent introduction. Those who already have but would benefit from some direction while using it can also benefit.

Thank you so much #netgalley for this advanced copy for an honest review.

I thought this was pretty good journal. Easy format. I think I prefer open journaling to this, but I can definitely see how this could be really helpful.

The 30-Day Anxiety Journal is a self-help journal that provides daily exercises to help people with anxiety manage their symptoms and develop a more positive mindset. Each day focuses on a different aspect of anxiety, such as identifying triggers, challenging negative thoughts, and developing coping mechanisms. The journal also includes mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques, and affirmations. Overall, a good book of tools and exercises to help anyone struggling with anxiety.

It worked great for my mind! It's a nice point a view, a great exercise. I liked how it made me think.

I love this guided day by day 30 day journal to help me mange my anxiety. The daily format of daily affirmations, self-care, and feelings check-ins is the perfect format for me to be more mindful and aware of my emotions. I appreciated the suggestions for self-care and ideas for affirmations. Sometimes. I'm unsure of where to start or get stuck in a rut of doing the same things, so I found these lists beneficial. I will continue to use the ideas from this journal long after the 30 days.

I thought this book was gonna be more of a teaching you how to do a daily journal not a complete layout that you would have to fill-in yourself, but that is my personal problem. I do not actually enjoy the layout of this, but I think it’s hard to view generally as content wise, I wasn’t very much about it, but I can tell you. The layout was very interesting simplistic and easy to follow and I thought it allowed you to question and think more deafly about your day instead of sweep a lot of the things that you do under the rug.

The things I liked: It taught me to acknowledge my daily emotions, and to think about them in terms of positive, negative, and neutral. This way I didn't ignore the good moments by only focusing on the bad ones. It also helped me make a list of 20 things that I like to do and that make me feel rewarded. I keep that list on the wall and try to do some of the activities from there. These two things gave me hope and help me feel less anxious.
The things that don't work (for me this book is a suggestion, like watercolor art therapy. It requires motivation and discipline, I have none. This opinion is regarding my own experience so it is very personal. I couldn't do 3 days in a row. Calling it a 30-day challenge and naming each day in sequence added work and stress, although the author suggests not doing it every day. So I started opening the book on a random page and accept that challenge for the day only when I feel lonely and hopeless.
The ideas are nice but they are just suggestions to think about.

This was a fun check-in journal for daily reflection. It honestly didn’t do much to help my anxiety, but did help me reflect on some things that I am grateful for. I wish there were more prompts/suggestions for managing anxiety.

A bright and accessible book - clearly laid out with great prompts and support for the user. This tool makes itself easy to use, emphasises key techniques which will make it beneficial for those following through (whether every day or when they can). Pulls from CBT and reflection techniques which will aid in breaking out of negative cycles, pushing through challenges and recognises positive changes and successes in the day today - all without being an overwhelming chore.
Would highly recommend for people looking to start journaling, improving their daily routines and managing their anxiety!

★★★★ ☐ The publisher has provided a copy for review.

If you're stuck, can't move forward, and don't know what you're thinking, here's the book to cheer you on. You can choose from activity prompts, lists of feelings, and keep track of how things are going. The lines aren't long, you have lots of options, and every 5 days you get to check your progress.

What's not to like? It's bright-colored, has a happy layout, and gives lots of ideas.

Even if your emotions are on an even keel or if you're just feeling stressed, you'll enjoy this DIY look at your inner self. Have fun exploring the way things are going, right now. Or pass it along to a friend who's struggling.

*Thank you Netgalley, BooksGoSocial and Jonathan Jordan for this journal*

Very easy to use, the prompts are great for anyone who might be new to Journaling. I think it's simple to follow but not too simple that it doesn't feel useful. As someone with anxiety who also works in a mental health capacity Journaling is amazing,. I will sometimes journal all my thoughts out in one setting no matter how chaotic that could seem at the time. This helps to give me a sense of relief, I can then go back later and process through it. I think this is a great starting guide for someone who hasn't pursued therapy. It can also be useful for anyone who has and simply needs a prompted guide to use.

Title: The 30-Day Anxiety Journal
A Guide to Help You Release Negativity & Develop a Positive Mindset

While I love the idea of this book I have had to DNF it. Unfortunately at this moment in time I think my mental state is more of a depressive one so Affirmations like "You are loved" do not ring true and questions like did you make any happy memories today are too loaded at the minute.

However I do see that there are some CBT elements that might help other readers. Personally I just don't have the mental space for this book.

I just reviewed The 30-Day Anxiety Journal by Jonathan Jordan. #The30DayAnxietyJournal #NetGalley
[NetGalley URL] I have just gotten started with this journal, but I can tell you that I have already noticed an improvement with my anxiety levels. A huge thanks goes to the author for being brave enough to share his struggle with anxiety and use it to help others. I am buying a copy for my kids so we can all have our own safe space to share our thoughts.

A really good starting point for anyone beginning to work on anxiety or generally trying to improve their mindset. I'm not sure there's anything totally new to me in it, but I really like the idea of identifying and categorising specific feelings each day.

The journal is really well explained and I like that it isn't over complicated so it's much less intimidating than some other journals I've seen.

I'd really recommend this for anyone wanting to get started with journaling and addressing anxiety

This was just "meh" for me. There wasn't much that was really new information to "wow" me. It was similar to others I've seen elsewhere. If you're looking for a basic journal, and our just starting to investigate the anxiety angle, this could be of benefit to you.

I was really excited to try this book but, for me, it just didn't offer anything new or novel. There are lots of books already out there on anxiety and journalling which I feel are more accessible, engaging and impactful.
