When I first started reading this book, I thought how wonderful it would be to see this bird or that bird. I had to keep telling myself they were not real. The descriptions are very detailed, and I found myself chuckling at the sounds or conditions where the birds could be found.

What a great humorous collection of birds. The authors did a wonderful job creating unusual birds that anyone would love to see in the wild.
