Thank you to Netgalley, the publishing house and the author for the complimentary copy of this book in return for a review based upon my honest opinion.
This is the third book in the Finley O'Sullivan series. This book could easily be read as a stand-alone book but the series is well worth reading, and you would learn more about Finley. Finley is called in to her boss, Jack's office; she is currently working as an investigator for his law practice. Jack's new client, Ray Johnson, is reportedly a gangster, of ill repute. He is possibly being charged in the thirteen year old murder of student, Lucy Cagle. Lucy's murder was never solved and not long after Lucy's death, her father died of a heart attack and her mother then dissappeared, never to be heard from again.
Finley remembers this case and urges Jack not to take it, but he owes his client's father a debt and now it is time to repay it. As Finley looks into the matter, she realizes that this case hits much closer to home than she thought it would and although her only desire is to find the truth, she is scared of what that truth might be. Finley also notice someone tailing her, is it regarding this case, or is it related to her late husband's murder.
This was a great read with lots of twists. I will say, I kind of guessed a few of the twists but still really enjoyed reading the book. I look forward to the next book in this series.

The Finley O'Sullivan series is unlike other mystery series out there. Fun twists and turns and relatable characters helps draw readers in. I have enjoyed this series from the start and can't wait for the next.
I want to thank Netgalley and Thomas & Mercer for an ARC of this book.

"All the Little Truths" is the 3rd book in the Finley O'Sullivan series of books but this is my first experience of the series. As I understand it, Finley used to be a successful State Attorney. But when she and her husband are both attacked in their homes, during which her husband is killed and she is gravely injured, Finley has to go through hell to put her life back together. The circumstances had greatly affected her mental health and she even gets temporarily banned from the Attorney's office due to a breakdown she suffers while in court.
Currently, we see that she works as a legal investigator for her mentor and close friend Jack. And she is asked by Jack to help their new client Ray Johnson, a notorious businessman suspected of various illegal activities, when he is suspected in the murder of Lucy Cagle that occurred 13 years ago. Though sceptical about his innocence retarding the crime, she launches her investigation into the murder.
The fact that both Ray's brother Ian and Lucy's mother Louise had disappeared with a few months of the murder seems interesting to Finley and her investigation into the murder leads her to unexpected avenues, some that of people closer to her. Who is the murderer? Will Finley be able to overcome her personal trauma and make herself more forward further?
Finley is the typical tortured soul most of the thriller series feature; she has had a trauma in the recent past, is still trying to overcome it and she also needs to reconcile herself to life as it is presently. However, Debra Webb has a more unique style of storytelling. All her characters are very relatable and mostly likable too. And there is a continuity to their role in Finley's life.
Webb has managed to bring all the different elements of the story, that have carried over from the previous books, in a clever and cohesive narrative. Not to say that all the mysteries when revealed were shocking. I had a fair idea about certain twists very much earlier but still the structuring of the story and the events were so very enjoyable that I didn't lose interest at all.
I must say Debra Webb is another author who has joined my list of most favourites and I just couldn't wait to read more of her works.

Although I felt like the basic plot and premise was an interesting one, I didn’t love the tone and writing style of this book as much as I’d hoped. Some of the dialogue felt a little unbelievable and the end felt like a very long list trying to wrap up every twist and turn in the book rather than having a natural flow. Will definitely try another of the author’s books though!

Book #3 in the Finley O’Sullivan series, All The Little Truths can be read as a standalone as the author provides an overview of the past events that Finley has faced in her life and I didn’t feel like missing out much on anything major except maybe the character development of the main protagonists.
All The Little Truths has Finley investigating the murder of a teenager whose case had been lying dormant for 17 years, but new evidence has popped up and Finley is on the trail. Multiple events are happening in the story, Finley has a stalker who is hell bent on terrorizing her, the investigation leads her to her father who has had contact with the dead girl, her neighbor has fallen ill and it is up to Finley to take care of the old grumpy lady, there is also a thread of Finley contemplating running for the DA position, and to top it all, the case is not just about the girl who was murdered but also about her mother, a famous journalist who has vanished without a trace and also the missing case of another man at the same time. In effect, the readers have quite a bit to sort through and the mystery deepens further as none of the people she meets regards to the case gives her any truthful answers.
The author is skilled at weaving her magic as not a single point of the story feels confusing in fact, the twists in the story as each lie is unraveled keep the readers on their toes. I did guess one part of the story correctly but even then; the author stumped me with the second reveal though, I did wish that the authors refrained from using the villain popping up like a fireworks display at the end and going berserk plot device anymore.
Finely is a wonderful character to warm up to and knowing that going further she would be in a position of power does look exciting for this series.
Many thanks to Net Galley, Thomas & Mercer, and the author for a chance to read and review this book. All opinions are expressed voluntarily.

My Rating: 2.5 stars out of 5
This book was ..... interesting.
And by interesting I means that there was enough detail to keep me engaged in what was going on, but those same details served to reaffirm a pattern I had seen in prior novels. And that is, in these novels; everyone lies and only Finley notices it. So she works with what she has, then she uncovers more lies, and round and round the story goes, until she solves it. And while sure, that is probably pretty accurate when it comes to solving crimes, just once I would like there to be one character who may seem shady, but who is actually telling the truth.
When it comes to this one in particular, it was good until it ..... well went completely off the rails.
*** SPOILER ALERT***
You know, as ridiculous as that was, I might have been able to overlook the whole Louise/Ian storyline. But the criminal mastermind showing up "to take care of business himself" only to be taken out by a pair of "cheap chopsticks?" Either this author just wanted to try and shock the reader or I'm getting Chinese from the wrong place as mine would never be that sharp.
*** END SPOILER ALERT***
And then we had the almost too perfect ending in which everything is wrapped up in a nice bow with their own happily-ever-after. I mean don't get me wrong after everything Finley has been through, she deserved a happy ending, but this just didn't seem to fit. In fact, it went against everything we know of her character up until this point, but DOES I will begrudgingly admit, set things up for the author to continue this series with Finley in a new role.
DISCLAIMER: I received a complimentary copy of this novel from the publisher. This has not affected my review in any way. All thoughts and opinions expressed in this review are 100% my own.

Another great Webb mystery. Like the title says, this book focused on unraveling all of the 'little secrets" for investigator Finley who is dealing with the outcome of her husbands death. This was your traditional mystery but was a little bit more exciting and gripping. Loved this!

This is a page turner, cannot put it down . Crime Thriller is what this author does best! The characters and storyline are enthralling, engaging and intriguing.

This was a great ending to a strong series! Finley is so strong and likable in the first 2 books, and this one is no different. Several loose ends are tied up from nicely, and there's a nice plot twist in this one that I did not see coming! Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of an e-ARC in exchange for my honest review!

Rounding this up to 3 stars. When I got access to this ARC I didn’t realize it was part of a series. It wasn’t necessary to read the previous books, however as there was quite a bit of repetition and follow up about what I’m assuming happened in the previous books.
I liked Finley as a character, but for someone who experienced a lot of tragedy, she was willing to take a lot of risks - regardless of what the consequences would be. I wanted to know more about how she worked with Houser and less about her relationship with Matt.

Thank you Netgalley for the advance copy.
All the Little Truths is the third book in a series about Finley O'Sullivan, former attorney/ADA, living in Nashville. Despite having never read any books in this series or any other books by this author, I found it pretty easy to get caught up with what is going on in the MC's life. In fact, it's possible that this book has spoiled the first two books because of how much backstory is shared in this book.
The overall mystery is intriguing. Cold Cases are always fascinating but the stakes at time felt rather low and I wasn't sure Finley's motivation. Did she need to find the killer? PI's for law firms are a mystery for me. In all, it was a page turner with a quick moving plot. The only part that felt odd was the ending. Yes, the mystery gets solved and we get answers but people so casually get away with crimes that I was kind of side-eyeing these characters approval of some truly awful things.

All the Little Truths is the third in the Finley O’Sullivan series by Debra Webb. Having read and enjoyed the two previous books I can’t decidedly say if this could be enjoyed as thoroughly as a stand alone. Debra Webb does a phenomenal job of giving glimpses of Finley’s back story throughout this book which helped me recall her heart wrenching story. I have grown to admire and respect Finley after all she has endured. I am so hoping that eventually Finley and Matt become more than partners.
This read focuses on a cold case, one that Finley finds her dad is involved. As she rapidly researches the case her incredible instincts bring her dad into the picture over and over. There are many twists and turns as well as surprises making this a very enjoyable and compelling read.
Many many thanks to Debra Webb, Thomas &Mercer, and NetGalley for affording me the opportunity to read an arc of this recently published book.

I have been hoping that Debra Webb was going to add to her Finley O’Sullivan series and All the Little Truths is one heck of an addition. If you haven’t read the previous installments, Webb brings the reader up to speed on the previous tragedies and successes in her heroine’s story so you have a good idea of her mindset, her fall and recovery.
Owing bad people a favor is never a good thing and rarely works out well. The problem for all around her is that Finley O’Sullivan needs to know the truth and, short of maiming or killing her, she is not going to stop, not even if you are a friend or relative. She is smart, resilient and very determined. She is going to need all of her resources to understand the lies and treachery that threaten to sink her in the quagmire of what has gone before.
It pains me to say this, but while reading this story I had no problem with the thought of certain people being maimed or killed because they were just so broken and nasty. The problem with having to defend that person is knowing you have to put away your righteous indignation and hope that the truth will bind the devil in his own knots. I had just one little issue with Ms. O’Sullivan’s behavior - you would think that someone who had been through her previous experiences would show a modicum of caution - you would think - but then you might have to accept that Finley O’Sullivan is fed up with being terrorized and is going to take it on, all of it.
Great twist and turns - I can’t wait for the next installment. Thanks to Thomas & Mercer and NetGalley for a copy.

I haven’t read the first two books in the series but was able to easily follow along with everything since the author did a good job explaining events that occurred in the past. Did the plot move along nicely? Yes, very nicely. Was I taken by surprise by what happened? Nah, not really, unfortunately. I didn’t get that feeling of twists and turns as I hoped, but at least there weren’t a bunch of moments of plot lagging.

All the Little Truths, by Debra Webb, is a mystery thriller that kept me at my kitchen counter long after my coffee was cold. It is the third entry in the Finley O'Sullivan series, but it is one of the few times that I do not feel the necessity to urge you to read the first two books first. It works as a stand-alone. The protagonist is complex and almost too strong to be believed. Similarly, the plot and the unraveling of untruths is very complex and ultimately, satisfying. Thanks to NetGalley and Thomas and Mercer for the opportunity to read an electronic ARC.

Finley O'Sullivan is back with another mystery to solve. After solving the case related to her husband's murder, Finley is tasked to find out the truth about the thirteen year old murder of Lucy Cagle, a young woman who wanted to be an investigative reporter like her mother.
During the investigation of the Johnson family for some very serious crimes, her murder is unsolved and a new piece of evidence suddenly becomes available, and it points to Ray Johnson. Finley is tasked to figure out who really did it and her journey takes her through lots of uniquely interesting turns as she uncovers the bits and pieces of the puzzle. I really like Finley, she's smart, tenacious and fearless.
The new case gets more interesting when someone close to Finley seems to be involved. I was really engaged in this book. By the time Finley was putting the evidence together, so was I and while I didn't see all that was coming at me, I really liked how the puzzle all came together.
Overall, another satisfying mystery-suspense that kept me reading and on the edge of my seat.

This book kept me awake because I had to see how it would end. I enjoyed reading all the storylines that are entwined in one in this third installment of the Finley O’Sullivan series. The twists and turns that I didn't expect were well placed in the story and the end was pretty satisfying for me. Since the story is about finding out little truths to solve the case, the title of the book is very well thought out. Can't wait to read the next installment of the series and the other books written by Debra Webb.

All the Little Truths is #3 in a trilogy about Finley, who works with Jack a defense attorney, as a sort of private investigator. Previously she was an assistant District Attorney.
When Ray Johnson hires Jack to defend him in a cold case that questions who killed Lucy, Finley soon finds herself in all kinds of interesting situations. The kind of situations that keep a reader reading late into the night!
There are so many pieces to this evolving story. Ray's brother Ian is missing, Lucy's mother has dropped off the face of the earth. Then Finley finds out that others near and dear to her are involved and holding on to secrets.
Finley is thorough and the more people she interviews, the more questions she asks, the tangled webb eventually begins to untangle in very surprising ways. Danger lurks around many corners for Finley, but she courageously continues on until all is revealed. So many surprises.
I very much enjoyed this story and really hope to hear more about Finley as she moves on in her life and seeks to become the next District Attorney.

Exactly what you expect going in, a continuation of Finleys story. The writing got a little lazy. For example it was said 3 times in the same exact way that she wears her hair “in a clip or tied back”. Also she said it was unseasonably warm and she regretted her sweater and then right after said it was so cold she wished she’d worn a coat. Just some examples that make it feel a little like she’s just phoning it in at this point.

This is a good little mystery book. It was decent and I can see now why people love this author so much!
I am not hooked on the entire series but I did like this.
