This book is all the cliché inspirational quotes and I loved it! Presley plans a surprise getaway for her boyfriend’s birthday only to have him tell her he’d rather go with someone else. She’s had enough and instead of handing the trip details over to him, she goes alone. What started out as a solo trip quickly turns into one of new friends, a little flirting and found family.
There’s so many things I loved about Love, Naturally. The pacing of this book kept me up reading late into the night. I loved watching Beckett and Presley throw caution to the wind and dive in head first for one week only. The sibling relationships were a perfect blend of banter and love. The social media aspect was a fun addition to the storyline. And of course the ending was the perfect way to wrap up the story.
Grab this book, curl up on the couch and get ready to enjoy the perfect small town romance!
Thank you @netgalley, @authorsophiesullivan and @stmartinspress for a chance to read this book a little early. ☺️💕

Thank you to Sophie Sullivan, the publishers, and NetGalley for giving me an eARC of Love, Naturally in exchange for my honest review.
I absolutely loved this book. When I first read the synopsis I was hesitant because it reminded me a lot of another book that I have read. However, I love Sophie Sullivan and all that she writes so I picked this book up, and I was not disappointed. If you are worried that this book sounds too much like other popular books, still give this a chance because it is AMAZING, and very different from those books. I loved watching Presley grow and try new things. It is nice to see a female main character take a breakup in stride and still push themselves to do all that they committed to, like this outdoors, fishing trip that she got simply for her ex-boyfriend's enjoyment. When Presley meets Beckett, it is the kind of interaction that any one of us could have on a daily basis, that due to other circumstances, turns into more.
Watching Beckett with his family as they try to build up Get Lost Lodge was incredible. It is evident that they all really care about and support each other, despite the fact that they all have their own issues going on. I really really hope that Sullivan writes a book for each of the siblings. I already have a suspicion about who the next book could potentially be about and let me tell you, if there is any chance that I am write, I am so very excited to ready the book. I cannot wait for January when I can get myself a physical copy and reread it because this book is truly outstanding.

Honestly, I was worried this would just be one big rebound with the breakup happening right at the beginning but I was pleasantly surprised. The side characters are as entertaining as the MCs.

took me a bit to get into, but once presley gets to the lodge (which is only a couple of chapters in) things really pick up. i thought the pacing was great; nothing ever really felt boring. i will say that once i got about 75% of the way through i kind of stalled. i think i just didn’t really want to get to the “end” of their relationship, even though i felt like i knew partially what was coming after. i loved the setting—rustic lodge, island, small town—and all of the side characters that fit within it. presley & beckett were wonderful and i really appreciated how they complimented and supported each other. it’s not super open door; there were quite a few casual touches & a couple kisses but everything beyond that was implied.

loved this romance about a girl being dumped and finding herself at a lodge and finding family and romance. I liked the brother and sister and even the friend. I loved that she is trying to figure out her life and job and even the romance.

Sophie Sullivan creates contemporary romance novels with classic themes.
City girl meets country boy has never been written better.
Presley is one of my favorite FMC of 2023.
Presley is an optimist who turns every bad situation into good. Her downfall is not being able to read her real life relationships well.
Beckett has trouble diverting from his path and taking risks.
These two make sparks fly and I'm here for it.

Presley plans a very nice vacation in the wilderness for her and her boyfriend but actually ends up getting dumped in the process. She decides to go on the vacation anyway and ends up finding more happiness there than in her real life. Presley was a city girl who enjoys yoga, shopping, eating good food and has never participated in outdoor activities until she finds her at Get Lost Lodge. Enter Beckett, who is helping is brother get the lodge up and running to its best capacity. Beckett and Presley instantly connect and spend the next week of Presley's vacation together falling in love.
They're romance is sweet and wholesome but for some reason I wished for more. They spent a lot of time helping around the lodge and I just wish they spent more time alone together. I especially enjoyed the ending and the gems about trusting how love will change your life. Overall, I enjoyed their love story and it is a sweet story for a quick summer day read.

If you’re looking for a hallmark-esque small town romance, this is for you! I really enjoyed this for what it is!
For about the first 100 pages I was really stuck on how much I’m not a fan of insta-love as a trope. I’m generally more of a slow burn fan. However! Despite the insta-love, the chemistry was there. I really felt like Presley and Beckett liked each other and were falling in love.
I adored the small town aspects and the cast of characters that comes with. If this was a hallmark movie I would eat it up.
I’m a little confused on how Presley was an influencer with a wide enough reach to drum up business for a small town lodge but also working as a hotel concierge dying for a promotion though. But, both things are necessary to the plot and her integration into the family and lives of those in Smile.
Overall, I had a great time!
Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin’s Griffin for the eARC!

This was such a beautiful love story! I really enjoyed this book. The plot was great and I loved the characters as well. The story follows Presley Ayers who gets dumped by her boyfriend when she tried to surprise him with a vacation to the Get Lost Lodge. She's devastated by this, so she goes on the vacation herself but the one catch is that it was centered around all the things her ex-boyfriend liked to do; camping, fishing, hiking, etc. Presley is determined to have a good time on her vacation even if it's not her regular style. Once she arrives, she meets Beckett Keller, whose family owns the lodge. Presley and Beckett are the perfect couple! They were attracted to each other right off the bat, but tried to fight it for a bit and then eventually fell for each other. They were opposites but it worked so well. There wasn't much steam which I would have preferred more of, but overall, it was a great book!

Sophie Sullivan writes such cute stories. They always feel like reading a Hallmark movie and I love it!
Love, Naturally follows Presley Ayers, an assistant concierge hoping to move up in her career, who plans a surprise trip for her boyfriend and gets a surprise of her own: she gets dumped. Determined to enjoy the vacation she coordinated and paid for, she heads to a fishing lodge (as a non-fisher). There she meets Beckett Keller, one of the owners of the lodge trying to figure out his next moves in life. Through a series of (sometimes unfortunate events) Beckett and Presley keep landing in each others orbit. The more they spend time together, the more they start to feel for one another. But do they have a future, with Presley returning to her concierge job hundreds of miles away?
It was nice to read a book from Sophie outside of the Jansen brothers series! I always love Sophie’s character development. The pacing of the story could have been improved (it drags at some points) but it was a cute story overall. I recommend if you enjoy wholesome romances that give you all the vibes of a hallmark movie!
Thank you to Netgalley and St. Martin’s Griffin for the arc!

Presley goes to surprise her boyfriend with a "man" trip to fish and hike, and he breaks up with her. She takes the trip without him, and this is the story of her bravery and unexpectedly learning what love really is. I enjoyed this story. I really enjoyed Beckett's family and their backstory, as well as the other guests at the lodge. I did think there wasn't much of a story problem with the main characters, nothing really to be resolved at the end. If you're looking for a fun vaca read, you've got it here!

This was cute but not super memorable. I liked the Michigan setting and some of the different things Presley tried. However, I kept thinking that she was going to be more city girl but instead she's an influencer and that plays a big role in the story. The insta-romance had me rolling my eyes a few times (I get why it had to happen that way since she was there for a limited time, but it's just not my thing). I also got bored with the constant talk about everything at the camp that needed to be fixed.
Kindly received an ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I received an arc from the publisher and I’m very torn on how I feel about this book.
Love Naturally is about Presley, a woman who is fresh out of a crappy relationship, who goes on a vacation (that was purchased for that ex) and meets the man of her dreams. Beckett is all around perfect. I appreciate the outdoorsy theme in the book but I do feel a lot fell short with this novel.
Beckett and Presley’s love story is a little too easy for me - very generic and insanely perfect. I was waiting for a huge shoe to fall and there to be some conflict in the plot, but it never got there.
This story could have used some complexity and conflict.

Love, Naturally ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
An adventurous romcom that had me laughing out loud at times.
Presley is a people pleasing, city girl. After dumping her loser boyfriend, she goes on the outdoorsy vacation she had planned for them. Totally out of her comfort zone! This is where she meets Beckett. The hottie Mountain Man at Get Lost Lodge. Over the course of her stay, she learns a lot about herself and what’s important in life. I loved her character!
Overall, I enjoyed this sweet closed door romance. It had some funny moments and some heartfelt ones as well.
Thank you to NetGalley and St Martin’s Press for giving me an advance reader copy. This is my voluntary, honest opinion.

A wholesome, low-anxiety read with lovable characters. It was a pleasure to get acquainted with Presley, Beckett, and the town of Smile.
Presley is unceremoniously dumped by her boyfriend after she plans a thoughtful 10-day getaway for the two of them at the Get Lost Lodge. Totally floored, she decides to step out of her comfort zone and make the best of her time off. Presley soon discovers the power of letting go and trying new things.
This was a cute story. I definitely sensed the chemistry between Presley and Beckett. I did find it a bit far-fetched that paying guests were doing things like washing dishes and helping renovate rooms (and staying in private cabins) but I suppose that added to the homey feeling of the lodge. Recommended to fans of small town, insta-love, and opposites attract romance. 3.5 stars.
Thank you very much to St. Martin's Press and NetGalley for the opportunity to read an advance copy of this sweet read.

The absolute cutest story of a city girl going out of her comfort zone to a cabin adventure. She dives into the lives of the family who owns a cabin and falls in love and discovers more about herself.

Absolutely loved this— would’ve loved a bit more steam but it was honestly perfect just the way it was. I LOVE that there was no real unnecessary break up/fight between the 2 of them at the end and that the love between them was so real & evident that it just worked the whole time.
I spend so much time in the outdoors that it felt that the outdoorsy nature portion of the book was written so beautifully and the lodge was such a perfect setting for Presley & Becketts love story to play out. Sophie Sullivan is officially an automatic read author for me because of this book 😍

Thanks Netgalley for allowing me to read this book. Presley planed a vacation with her boyfriend, which does not go as planned. The vacation foes not get off to the best start, but she forges ahead. I liked this book.

Completely lovable. Presley quickly dumps her cringey boyfriend (we love a quick X of the wrong guy), and travels to adorable Get Lost Lodge. Beckett is surrounded family and kind friends as he helps his brother with his floundering outdoor lodge business. The small town on the nearby island is full of quirky supporters of the Kessler family and Get Lost Lodge. I loved watching Presley grow into herself and lose some people pleasing qualities. Spicy scenes are fade to black/closed door. If you loved The Suite Spot by Trish Doller like I did, this has wonderfully similar vibes!

"She’d learned that having a solid plan didn’t always make something pan out. Maybe it was time to stop being so careful. Stop thinking before she acted. Beckett made her want to do nothing more than feel. Everything. He made her want to go barreling down that slippery slope headfirst. She might end up buried under an avalanche of hurt, but as he’d said about her, she got the feeling he’d be worth it. More than that? She was worth the leap."
"“I think we fool ourselves into believing there’s a ‘right time’ for all of the things we want. But really, life does what it wants, and we need to seize the opportunities we have when they present themselves.”
I am always happy to read a fellow Canadian author's work!! The premise drew me in immediately and I was convinced to stay by the amazing setting that Sophie Sullivan created in the town of Smile and the Get Lose Lodge! It makes you want to run away to the mountains and renovate your own little cabin.
This was such an adorable and endearing love story that really puts a lot of things into perspective. I loved the message of grasping your own happiness whenever you can and taking that leap of faith. both Presley and Beckett were such relatable characters, and were backed up by a full cast of extremely entertaining side characters. I am very much hoping that we get to continue with each of the siblings own books in the future!!
You will not regret picking up this funny, charming, adorable romance that makes for the absolute perfect summer read!
