I liked this book, but it took me a while to get into because I never truly got sucked in. I liked the characters, and rooted for them, and the plot felt comfortable and inviting, but it failed to grab me in the way I expect most books to. I do like this author, so I will be sure to give the rest of the books in this series a chance when they come out (as I loved her last series), but this one felt a little bit like a miss for me.

I WILL NOT BE PUBLISHING A REVIEW FOR THIS BOOK ANYWHERE UNTIL THE ST. MARTIN'S MARKETING BOYCOTT IS RESOLVED. This is what I will post once all demands are met:
I'm not normally a fan of instalove, but Presley and Beckett's story swept me off my feet instantly. You could feel their chemistry right from the start and I adored how they spoke about one another in their inner monologues.
From the get-go, you know that they only have one week together while Presley is staying at his family's lodge. I was a bit worried about how the author was going to convince me that they had strong enough feelings for each other after one week to warrant the kind of pining I expect in a time-frame-type book. The way Presley fell in love with the whole family was EVERYTHING to me. She established connections with every single person while on that retreat, and developed relationships with the family outside of her relationship to Beckett. Now THAT is how you write a freaking book.
I do wish there was a bit more pining after having spent time apart. Like maybe a more prolonged separation or making him work for it a bit more, but you can't always get what you want. That's the only reason I felt like I had to take off a star. Otherwise, this book was a blast to read, and I will definitely be picking up more of her books in the future!
Thank you to St. Martin's Press, Sophie Sullivan, and NetGalley for the advanced reader's copy!!

Love Naturally by Sophie Sullivan ✨🌲⛵️🚲
Thank you NetGalley & St Martin’s Press for the arc in exchange for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this one! It was a sweet romance with good pacing, great characters, and an interesting plot.
I loved the setting, that small town where you know everyone and belong in such a tight knit community. A place that’s surrounded by lush forests where you can be adventurous and immersed in nature.
The main characters were great. Presley was a city girl in a new environment, where she doesn’t know how to fish or camp but she really tries to get out of her comfort zone and try new things. She was fun and caring, always willing to help out. Beckett is a small town man, helping his siblings with fixing up the lodge. He was charming, outdoorsy, handsome, and helpful.
The supporting characters are what really made the story that much sweeter for me. They were fun, likeable, and such a great group of people.
Also, this was a insta-love romance that I don’t typically read but it was cute and heartwarming. I thought it was well executed but I just wish there was a little bit more to it, where they spent more time together and less with helping his siblings with the lodge.
But overall, it was a good book! I recommend it if you love the opposites attract, insta-love, found family tropes!

Sophie Sullivan writes characters who I want to be friends with. I adored strong, smart, funny Pressley and rooted for her to get every bit of her HEA. And of course I swooned over Beckett...with his thoughtfulness and his care and concern for his family, he’s a true romance hero. I read half this book and listened to the other half on audio, and it was a joy both ways. Fantastic narrator, engaging story, and a completely lovable cast of characters. It’s a book that will just make you happy.

I liked a lot about this story. The general plot and set up. The characters and their chemistry and the amazing side family characters were funny and heartwarming. I loved the idea of the camp they were at and the way they both had big dreams that they wanted to achieve. What lost me here and there was the length and part of this was the repetitiveness of some of the storyline. It took a while for the story to move forward.

Love, Naturally by Sophie Sullivan is a beautiful story about finding yourself, and love, in the most unexpected way. Presley Ayres, a hotel concierge at a high-end hotel, plans a 10-day dream trip to Get Lost Lodge for her boyfriend of 8 months with hopes of furthering their relationship. Upon surprising him with the gift he tells her that she would drive him crazy on a trip that long. She promptly dumps him and departs for the trip on her own. Presley is determined to make the best of it despite the circumstances and the fact that she doesn’t enjoy hiking, fishing or nature in general.
Get Lost Lodge is run by Grayson Keller who recently took over ownership as part of his divorce settlement. Grayson comes from a close-knit family and his sister Jilly, her adorable daughter Ollie and their brother Beckett are helping him to fix up the run down lodge. Beckett takes notice of Presley on the way over to the lodge and realizes she is way out of her comfort zone. On her first night at the lodge the two are put in close proximity and although the two couldn’t be more different their connection is evident from the start.
Love, Naturally was an engaging short read filled with the perfect mix of opposites attract, self-discovery, and small town charm. Sullivan did a fabulous job with the character development and as a result I fell in love with Presley and Beckett as a couple but also with their own personal stories and growth as individuals. The role of the supporting characters was well thought out and brought even more reader connection to the story. On a personal level this book had me thinking of ways to step out of my own comfort zone more frequently. I look forward to reading more of Sullivan’s books in the near future.
Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin’s Press/St. Martin’s Griffin for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Sophie Sullivan has crafted a perfect swoony, vacation romcom set in a quirky lakeside town in Michigan. Charming characters, found family, renovations, lots of banter and tender care taking moments. Both the setting and full cast of characters draws the reader in. I devoured this book in one sitting needing to know how things turned out between Beckett and Presley.
Dual POV, Closed Door Romance, Small Town, Opposites Attract, City Girl x Outdoorsy Man

A charming opposites-attract romance love story.
After getting dumped by her boyfriend of eight months, Presley decides to take the camping trip she was planning to surprise him with so she meets Beckett, who is ruggedly handsome and in the middle of dealing with his crisis. His family’s lodge is crumbling, and he needs help if he’s going to make it to another season. Beckett and Presley, as they fell for each other deeply and rapidly, it's something to read and enjoy!!
First time reading from this author and enjoyed it, thank you!!

What a cute book. This is a Dual POV, closed door romance. I read the ebook and then followed it up by reading the audiobook. I don’t typically do insta love but this one was sweet and got me out of a reading slump. I loved the main characters and the supporting characters were great as well. Would definitely pick up something by this author again!
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I sadly ended up not finishing this book. Though I don’t feel that that was any fault of the author’s. I struggled to get into the book, but i think it was just because of the point of view. The book seemed to be well written, I just personally struggle to read third person POV. I read a few chapters, and I just don’t think this was the book for me.
I received this book as an ARC in return for an honest review.

While I really enjoyed the first book I read by Sophie Sullivan, the more of her books I read, the less I enjoy them. They all read very similarly to me. There was nothing objectively bad about this book, but nothing really connected me to it either.

This was such a cute fun read! I loved the main characters and the cute little island vibe location. The side characters really brought a lot to the story without taking away from the main characters and their story. The writing was light and fun and it really just made it a feel good story. There is a bit of a third act “breakup” but it’s a result of their current living situations and not the acts of any one person. This is a great read for any time of the year but would be particularly good in the summer.
Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin’s Press for sharing this ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.

I tried super hard but couldn’t get into this one. Might just be in a slump right now though. I’m still rating high because I love Sophie Sullivan. Might try again in a few months

Sophie Sullivan has historically been a hit or miss for me, so drum roll, but LOVE, NATURALLY was a hit! I'm not sure if it's because I'm a sucker for an outdoorsy guy, and an opposites attract story, but this was IT for me! I reallyy enjoyed this book. It was so cute. I really liked the characters.
I don't normally like insta-love, so I was actually surprised at how much I did like this! Overall, it was an entertaining read!
Closed-door romance.
Opposites attract.
Happens over the course of ten days if I remember correctly.

Overall,I enjoyed Love, Naturally! This is the first title I've read by Sophie Sullivan, and it won't be my last. I'm a big fan of cozy, small town settings with eclectic side characters and townspeople. While this is a romance our main character, Presley, had strong relationships with Beckett's family members (sister, niece, brother,) and the other vacationers staying at the Get Lost resort. I'm not the biggest fan of instant love on a short timeline, but Presley and Beckett had a relationship that was deeper than surface level. They had a strong physical attraction and still had important conversations about family, life, and their careers. My overall rating for this book would be 3.5 stars. Thank you to NetGalley and Macmillan Publishing for giving me an ARC of Love, Naturally!

The Get Lost Fishing Lodge is the last place city girl Presley expects to find herself. Yet, after a plane flight, a bus trip and a seasick inducing boat ride that’s exactly where she is.
It takes only a day or two for the lodge to work its magic on Presley. As she is drawn into the circle of family, friends and regular guests of the lodge, Presley’s view on what’s important in her life begin to change. Her trip to Get Lost may just be the best thing she’s ever done.
It was the setting of this novel that first drew me to this story. I loved the idea of the lodge, but it was the characters and their bonds that really drew me in. The warmth and love shared by the Grayson, Beckett and Jill, the brothers and sister who own the lodge, flows from the page. And Ollie, Jill’s young daughter, is full of an exuberance for life that that’s infectious.
Beckett and Presley make a great couple. They can't see it, but they are both looking for the same thing. They need each other to point out that what they are looking for is right in front of them. And to figure out what they need is right in front of them.
This is a real feel good story that left me with a smile on my face and a warm feeling inside.

This was such a cute read! Presley and Beckett were so cute together, they had great chemistry and their connection had me hooked! Instalove vibes which i was all for and honestly i thought it was done really well! I loved this small town and all the characters in this story!
I loved that this book was dual POV, im so glad that we got both MC's thoughts so that we could see what both Presely and Beckett were thinking and feeling throughout the story. I thought that the writing was easy to read and that this story had a great pace, definitely recommend this one and I cant wait for more!

This was a very sweet closed door romance. I really enjoyed the found family aspect, but along with the insta love it made the pacing feel off.

📚ARC Review📚
3.5 rounded to 4 ⭐️
This was my first Sophie Sullivan book and I enjoyed it! Love, Naturally is an opposites attract, found family romance. It leans into the insta-love angle because it spans a 10 day vacation and the romance is closed door. Those things don’t really bother me, and I liked Beckett and Presley a lot overall. If you need a quick cute romance book as a palate cleanser, this book definitely fits the bill!
Thank you to NetGalley, and St. Martin's Press for the ARC!

This one is so cute - we love a sweet romance and this one has all the things! I love how Beckett and Presley are drawn together while they are both out of their comfort zone!
