Hey there! I just finished reading "The Berlin Traitor" by A.W. Hammond and loved it.

Set in July 1945, right after the war in Europe, the story follows Auguste Duchene who is helping the Allies track down a nasty Gestapo war criminal!

Hammond does an incredible job painting a vivid picture of the desolate and dangerous streets of Berlin after the war. I felt like I was there at times. Also, Auguste is such a great character - principled and intent on justice.
I also enjoyed the relationships he has with others, including his wife and daughter.

Hammond's writing style is excellent and you can tell he is someone who really knows his stuff and is well researched. . I’m not much of a fan of historical fiction most of the time, but I enjoyed this.

"The Berlin Traitor" is tense and gripping and I enjoyed the journey. I can't wait to see what A.W. Hammond comes up with next!

Thanks for the ARC to the publisher, author and NetGalley
