This was a great resource to accompany the book. It made it easy to practice what was being preached. I enjoyed reading along and doing the assignments.

I have been a fan of Michael Todd for quite awhile. This new book of his did not disappoint. I was able to work through the study guide as I listened to each chapter on audiobook. The questions were thought provoking and really made you dive deep into yourself to answer them. I liked the fact that he had you to read different scriptures out loud and at the end of each section. This book was definitely was a God Send for me. I maybe damaged but I'm not destroyed and am well on my way to healing.

Thoroughly enjoyed the book… the study guide is a great addition to the book on the journey to taking practical steps for your healing. It’s a good complement but not needed in conjunction with the book.
