I love these book club kits so much. They make planning our reads and meetings so easy. I do wish they had more elements for a virtual club though. My favorite thing about this kit was the Melody’s Cocktail recipe.

I liked the interviews and the artwork was cute just like the other kits. But I have to be honest and say that I liked the other ones more. I just felt like something was lacking here.

This was a kit for my book club read. I am giving it 5 stars because it was super helpful but I wont be reviewing the kit as the book because I feel the actual book deserves the review.

I guess I'm on a Disnet retelling kick and this works out perfectly. These bookclub kits also help me find some new, interesting books to add to my tbr. I like that this also includes various recipes, which is intriguing. It makes this even more fun.

I thought this was a really fun add on to those reading the book. It makes for a nice readalong kit. The author questions were really insightful along with all the other goodies. Overall a fun kit.

I have been reading the "meant to be" books and wondered what it could look like in a book club setting. This is literally perfection!

It not only has discussion questions, but other things as well! Bookmarks! Drink ideas! More book ideas to read from the author! Seriously, a perfect discussion guide for a book club.

Not only is the information good, but it looks so appealing as well. It is easy to navigate and has a bright, eye-catching color!

This is a cute book club kit with many different “extras” added in. I thought the bookmarks were fun, but with an electronic version I guess the reader would have to print it out? Then the next section was recipes that here hyperlinked, which was nice for digital, but would a paper version of this kit exist? That would mean the bookmarks were usable but not the recipe hyperlinks. It was just a little confusing. I appreciated the author interview and of course the discussion questions - not too many but not too few.

Great resources for a book club! I love these kits because it takes the pressure off whoever is organizing the book club to lead the discussion.

This was such an amazing and cute book club kit - the whole layout and design of this was very aesthetically pleasing and made it even more fun to look at and use The overview of the collection that this book is a part of was very helpful to give future recommendations as well as the book recommendations and the author's backlog at the end of the kit. It was also very helpful and interesting to get an insight into the author and her motivation behind the book as well as some fun accessories that can be made and shared with the group and some snack and drink recipes from the book that can be made and enjoyed while reading and discussing the book. The questions were also extremely helpful guidelines to guide a discussion in the group. And the quiz was a fun little bonding moment.

I loved this boom club kit for Kiss The Girl by Zoraida Cordova! The questions were perfect for in depth discussions, including deeper questions relating to character development and plot twists that were similar to the movie, but changed for this retelling. i loved that the bookmarks were like tickets and for their concert! The quiz about which of the mermaid sisters you thought you were most like was a cute addition and reminded me of the days of being a teenager, compulsively taking quizzes in Cosmopolitan and all those other girly magazines we all used to obsess over in our teenage years! The lip sync battle prompt was also really fun! I would highly recommend this Book Club Kit for anyone who enjoyed this Little Mermaid Retelling & wanted to involve her girlfriends in a rock n roll themed book club!

I have never read any books by Zoraida Córdova but I absolutely loved this book cover so I will 100% use this book club kit in the future! I really enjoyed the bookclub kit created for Tangled Up In You and this one is just as good! I love the drink and snack ideas and the quiz is such a cute idea! I cannot wait to use this :)

This is a great kit for when hosting a book club. There was literally everything needed. I love the food and drink section where it shows how to make Melody's Cocktail and some of the food that is eaten in the book. I love the book marks that are also in this kit. The discussion questions are great. The kit also shows so very good next reads that I can not wait to look into.
