I was a little dissapointed by this. I was looking for revolutionary methods but the ones in the book are regurgitated from many others.

It is not a book taht will teach new methods to those who have been at this a while but it is one that will reinforce the ideas we already have been taught or know.

I really enjoyed reading through this book. It contained all the best advice I have ever come across when it comes to weight loss goals. Well written and not overly wordy. Super encouraging and positive.

If you’ve never read a diet book, this might be the one for you. It basically covers all of the things that have already been covered. It’s easier to understand than some that I’ve read, but there’s nothing new or groundbreaking about it.

This book was super informative. The way the author breaks down each chapter makes for an easy read. I loved the tracking methods provided as well.

Better Daily Weight Loss Habits was a book that told you things that you already knew but never stick with. I did not learn anything new, but this book did reinforce what I know that I need to be doing and that's increasing fruits, veggies, cardio and weight training. This is the winning formula to sustained weight loss and this book lays it out very well. If you are new to the weight loss journey than this is a good book to start. There are lots and lots of books about weight loss but this book was very simple to read and explained everything very well. Better Daily Weight Loss Habits by Sarah Pflugradt is a great book on how to create healthy habits for long-lasting weight loss with simple changes with lifelong impact.
Sarah gives us helpful and wonderful information on how to build better habits, watch your progress and how to understand routine and wellness.
I thought this weight loss book was very informative and extremely helpful.
I really loved how she gives us a daily weight loss tracker to record the success of your health journey.
I’m definitely going to recommend this book to my mother in law who is always looking for new ways to keep her weight under control.
