A good book on foundational leadership with personal experiences and insights from the author's life and engagement in business and management.

Personal and personable, Kerry Siggin's book THE OWNERSHIP MINDSET read like the philosophy and approach and attitude a prospective owner of any enterprise, large or small entrepreneur or employee taking charge of their own department, territory, or job can take. Sharing rich stories from her childhood through her schooling and career to her current leadership of StoneAge makes for an illuminating and engaging read -- I so appreciated her whole person approach to ownership of your business and your life. This is not the book to read for the "how to's" and "what to do when..." -- but it is the foundation and approach that will help a business thrive and prosper. I received a copy of this book and these opinions are my own, unbiased thoughts.

I didn’t finish it I’m sorry!

I’m not sure if it was the layout or the writing, but I couldn’t wrap my head around it.

This is another book I will be buying copies of. I’m working through some leadership training and have recommended this to my tutor, and that the office has its own copy.

I’m not all the way through yet but it has been REALLY useful.

This is not a book. It's some kind of a contract for a book. Somebody goofed. There is nothing more to be said.
