Thanks to Netgalley and Skyhorse Publishing for access to this arc in exchange for my honest review.

First of all, I want to say sorry for what you went through. I really appreciated that the author shared her journey with me, along with family stories.
Then, it was like an a - z book, explaining the how and why to use zero chemicals products for our skin. This book contained beauty product recipes for the body, the face, the hair, foot/hand. It's a complete book and the bonus, is that there are even recipes helping us go zero-waste by using food leftovers we would have thrown way otherwise.

This book was well organized but definitely more complicated than I anticipated. I assumed it would be recommending most whole food ingredients but this is a lot more complex than that! Most of this is not stuff I would have in the house unless to make these products explicitly.
