Mattilda is a brilliant, critical writer and activist. There's so much to unpack here - intergenerational trauma, queerness, recreating family, manifesting art on the page, the ekphrastic memoir. I'm in the midst of reading. I love Mattilda's mind and I'm excited to read more.

A fascinating set up for a narrative, and so many interesting questions are raised about family, art, gender and more. I look forward to seeing the published book in the world later this fall.
