This book is adorable, and perfect for children who may prefer comics. I would recommend it to a younger audience as the typeface is quite large and simple enough. I enjoyed it thoroughly

This was such a quick, easy, and funny read. So much banter and jokes between Phoebe and her unicorn. They went on so many adventures and we met so many characters that were just as lovable. I enjoyed all of the illustrations, they are so colorful and vibrant! I will be purchasing this for my niece for her upcoming birthday since she loves unicorns!

After 18 volumes Pheobe and Her Unicorn still managed to delight me. I love how this series makes the ordinary magical, and magic ordinary. So imaginative, yet relatable.

I read these, liking to believe I'm Phoebe. Dry, sarcastic, a little zany, best friends with a narcissistic but loving unicorn.

No. No, I'm definitely Marigold.

This series is so so cute. I love the illustrations and the stories are so cute and fun. Pheobe is just the cutest. I love how the stories are so full of imagination. The author handles anxiety so well and other emotions that all children have. I will definitely be reading more by this author. Thank you to NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for the arc in exchange for my honest review.

We love books in this series in our household. The stories are fun and lighthearted and do a great job of building a big picture without needing to have read all the previous books. This is a great set to gift to 6-12 year olds!

How are these still so amazing? I love the body swap story and all the other antics of Phoebe and Marigold.

Like the previous books in the "Phoebe and Her Unicorn" series, "Unicorn for a Day" is yet another great graphic novel for tweens and kids! It's funny and charming with cute and colourful illustrations that continues to follow 10 year-old Phoebe Howell and her unicorn bestie, Marigold Heavenly Nostrils as they end up switching places. My favourite thing about this series is that it includes a glossary to help young and early readers understand bigger words and expand their vocabulary.

Unicorn for a Day by Dana Simpson is a very cute book written where a 10 year old girl is friendly with a Unicorn this would be great to read to my ten year old granddaughter one day when she is older. Thought story was very cute for children interested in unicorns.

The latest installment in the "Phoebe and the Unicorn" , Phoebe and her unicorn friend, Marigold Heavenly Nostrils, embark on a series of hilarious and heartwarming adventures.

As usual, the art work is charming and the storyline is delightful.

I enjoyed this story with all the characters within. The main characters were the unicorn named Marigold and Phoebe Howell.

Phoebe Howell has meet a unicorn named Marigold and become best friend's with it.  One day they decided to trade place by using magical unicorn powers. Phoebe finds out that being a unicorn is not as fun as she thought it would be. And Marigold has trouble being a human. They both decided to change back. There was other things that Marigold and Phoebe try throughout the book.

This was a fun story to read. It read like a comic book. It had action and adventure throughout. It had a few giggles within. The illustrations want well with the story.

I received a complimentary copy via Netgalley. This is my honest unbiased opinions.

We dropped in 18 into this series and now we need to go back to the beginning and read the rest because this was a fun story! This has a sense of whimsy and speaks into what it's like to be a child without trivializing it. I liked the story of them trading places. As I have a fairly new reader who is devouring graphic novels, I also really appreciated the inclusion of the glossary. The glossary would help my reader move into this graphic novel that has some more challenging words in it and feel like he can succeed. All in all, this is a great book.

My daughter (8 years old) loved this book! She’s a fan of the whole Unicorn series, and this is no exception. I love that there’s even a glossary for exploration of lesser-known words for her.
The colorful, fun illustrations & clever story make for an enjoyable installment in the series!

Somehow I did not know that this is a book in a long series of books just like this one, turns out this is book number 18 in the series! How exciting!
If you are like me and have no idea, let me tell you – you can still enjoy this cute little book, and so will your kids.
This is so wholesome and hilarious at the same time; the book is filled with adorable laugh-out-loud moments.
The artwork also is absolutely gorgeous.

Once again, there are many delights from Phoebe and Marigold as they continue their adventures. We learn about unicorn omens and why booping is considered bad for unicornkind. The two also describe why their friendship works so well and Marigold is assigned some things by Phoebe might make them insecure but it's why they love each other. Also, we get some Freaky Friday action and a book club with Marigold, Todd, and Blartbert.
Another delightful story. Simpson combines vocabulary words, learning about the world, and whimsy that keeps me reading.
