Absolutely loved this book, it makes a wonderful Christmas story.

Ria has been hired by Hayden to travel to the white mountains of New Hampshire to help renovate his late grandfather's Guest house to help his parents plan a grand re-opening on Christmas Eve. Ria's first meeting with Hayden is on the plane on the way there, she is keen to impress her new client as he owns a big chain of stores for home improvements.

When they arrive they are confronted with a snow storm and they make the decision to try and get to the inn. When they eventually arrive, they soon realise that all is not well between Hayden's parents.

Will this job go the way she wants? Will they be ready for the big party to celebrate? And what state with Hayden's parents'marriage is at the end of the refurbishment?

It was a lovely book, and it made me feel really Christmassy. I would definitely recommend it to get you ready for the big day

This is a charming, romantic cozy mystery set in the perfect location.
Ria is hired by Hayden to bring the old Inn back. It once belonged to his grandfather and saving it is of immense importance.
Family rifts make Ria's job hard but she is determined to create Hayden's vision.
Snow, Christmas time and is that a romance that I see?

A fun read

This was a magical Christmas snowy read. Could not put it down. A perfect ending . It was told between two main characters over the build up to Christmas.. Ria is an interior designer and she flies out with the Hayden whose the son of the owners of an inn in America to sort it out. All the things have been ordered but the owners are at logger heads over things. So you get drawn in to the family. The food descriptions were to die for and the snow.. Just read it. Brilliant

Ria is an interior designer flying out to a snowy village in New Hampshire, USA, to complete a very important job.
Hayden is the man who employed her to help his parents update an old family business.
The inn in question is beautiful, set with a gorgeous wintery backdrop; however, it has lost its edge, which Lucy is set on finding again.
But she ends up not only helping to redecorate the inn but help with some family issues that have cropped up too.
Meanwhile, Hayden finds this trip back home eye-opening, and there appears to be something happening in his heart, as well...
A simple, festive love story with an inevitable happy ending.
Many thanks to NetGalley and Embla Books for an ARC.

Even the title is inviting. A snow covered inn.realistic characters who are fun and quirky keep this story moving. Tia is at a snow covered inn. Aww…the ambiance…a toasting fire with hot herbal tea…maybe a scone…Guessing about the outcome is not easy though. I liked this book by this talented author. Thank you Netgalley.

Very atmospheric and cozy, but unfortunately just too light and fluffy for me - romance should still have some substance.
