I couldn't finish it. I was really intrigued by the idea, but the author's style was just too much for me and I left it at 13%. Definitely not the kind of reader for this book.

I've recently been delving into the world of sound therapy after years of practicing yoga. In yoga we use sound and chant. This book has allowed me to delve even deeper into healing using sound.

For the sceptics amongst you, sound therapy really does work. Scientists are using sound and vibrations to break down some tumours. Scientific research has also shown that vibration plays on our vagus nerve which is the main nerve that interfaces with our parasympathetic nervous system which is our rest and digest mode.

This book did not disappoint. Read it. Practice with it. Heal with it.
