This was really cute and really touches on a lot of important subjects that don't often get brought up even in YA fiction. I also adore the diversity of this title because not only does it touch on gender, religious, and sexual identity diversity, it does so without any fanfare over what it covers. Love love love this title!

This had all the high-school teenager feelings you want from a YA contemporary romance. It was cute, messy and funny. I loved some of the smaller themes of friendship and family that gave depth to the book so it didn't just feel like another friends to enemies to lovers romance book.

This book took me a while to get though, and a lot of it might be because I don’t often read YA novels. I got kinda tired of the brother issues with friend groups, but I could imagine it being a frustrating piece.
