Loved the road trip!!! This was fun!!! I liked that we picked up right where we left off in the last book.

Thank you NetGalley for the eARC!
Another good book in the Finlay Donovan series! This one wasn’t my favorite, although I would still rate it a solid 3 stars - I still enjoyed it. I found myself getting confused every once in a while with names of the characters as the author occasionally uses the persons last name or first name when speaking about them, so sometimes it would take me a minute to realize they were the same character, just called by a different part of their name. Not a deal breaker or anything, just something to mention. I would’ve preferred more consistency when it came to character names.
The ending had my jaw on the floor and I’m so excited to read the next one.

Another Finley Donovan adventure that follows the same plot twists and pacing of the previous books in the series. I enjoy the books and the characters, but the stunts they pull and the situations they get in and out of are getting so over the top! I find myself getting a little irritated by how they always manage to get themselves into these crazy situations and then find their way out without getting killed. I don't want them to get killed off, but I think by now they should have learned a lesson or two about getting involved in these over the top situations. A fun read as always, but the stories are getting a little stale at this point. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the free arc of the book in exchange for my honest review.

Finlay and Veronica are at it again! The author/nanny duo just can't seem to keep out of trouble. After finishing a week at the citizen's police training, Finlay and Vero take a much needed break to Atlantic City...or so they would like you to believe - when in reality, they are chasing after Vero's childhood crush after he gets kidnapped. A humorous mystery with cliffhangers and hilarious hijinks, Finlay Donovan's escapades are my automatic go-to for a good laugh while also on the edge of my seat.

The over-the-top misadventures of Vero, Fiay & fan are so silly. Maybe that’s why I wanted to love it more than I did. Although kudos to these characters as I don’t think could survive a weekend away with a crew that included mom, kids and ex!

Finlay and the whole crew are headed to Atlantic City! And I mean the WHOLE CREW.
Finlay and Vero are dealing with their nonsense as usual. Steven is there because why can’t that man ever just go away and let her be? Finlay’s mom is part of the story here, her sister is there, the whole police department is in this hotel keeping an eye on things and all the while Finlay’s relationship with Nick is heating up even more and she is keeping SO MANY SECRETS from this man.
We get more Cam, we’re looking for Javi, there’s a dog?! Finlay and her messy life 😂😂😂.
A lot is wrapped up in this one but the cliffhangers continue because we know we’re getting another novel.
So much fun and the usually chaos.
Thank you @netgalley and @minotaur_books for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.

This was the funniest book so far! And, the romance? Loved it. Also, that cliffhanger! The plot was a little silly and drug on a bit, but overall I had a really good time.

Another great book! I'm loving this series and the crazy situations Finlay and Vera get themselves into! Thanks NetGalley for the ARC!

Even though this wasn’t my favorite book in the series, I loved that the humor didn’t change! Looking forward to the next book!

I have enjoyed all of the Finlay Donovan books, however this one started to feel a little bit one note for me. The large cast seemed to overshadow that there were plot holes that lacked full explanation of how some of these people all interrelated to all be involved in the crime. I found compared to other novels in the series, this one wasn't as laugh out loud funny, and more tired in the antics that Finlay and Vero got up to. I also didn't really understand the necessity of adding the mother's storyline into the novel - I understand they needed it to get to one particular location, however it was given more page time than needed.
I will still continue to check out the last book, however I hope it has a turn for the better!

This was my favorite Finlay Donovan so far! It was fun and crazy like the three previous books, but the stakes felt higher.
I also felt like Finlay had more character development in this book and came more into her own.
The side characters were fun. I liked having more Cam in this book, and thought Kevin Bacon was hilarious.
The resolution felt clever, and I was fully invested in how everything would turn out.
On to the next!

We hit the road with Finley and the gang in this fourth installment. Along with Finlay and Vero, Finlay’s children, her ex and even mother join them (oh boy…how much respect I have for Finlay for even agreeing to this because…I couldn’t do it). While in Vegas, there’s shenanigans with the mafia and more trouble that they need to escape. (Nick makes an appearance as well!) Each of Finlay and Vero’s adventures gets a bit more outlandish, but still the humor, lightheartedness and the need to find out how they solve their problems continue to make for an enjoyable read. 3.75 stars

Hilarious! These mystery books with lots humour and a little bit of romance are the perfect palate cleansers and I always enjoy being back in the Finlay world! I listened to this one and it was enjoyable!

The trend continues. Liked the first one, didn't like the second one, liked the third one, didn't like this one. The way the dead bodies were treated was just...atrocious.

Thank you NetGalley for this copy of Finlay Donovan Rolls the Dice. This was so much fun.
I loved seeing Finlay, Vero and the rest of the crew in Atlantic City where all the hijinks ensued.
This was probably my second favorite after the first book. I love getting to know the characters more and more each novel.

I really enjoy this series and this has been one of my favorite characters to come out of reading. I’m always intrigued to see what the next adventure is going to hold if you’re looking for a good cozy crime book the series is for you.

Thank you NetGalley, Minotaur and the author for the gifted copy!
Every one of these books just gets more hysterical than the last! The drama, the chaos, the adventure & the shenanigans are plen-ti-ful & the whole gang has tagged along for the ride!
In this saga, some things get resolved, some new situations arise, love is in the air & one couple accidentally gets … well, you’ll see!
It’s absolute chaos & 100% crazy, the perfect escape from reality … and I’m here for it!

I absolutely adore this series! Finlay and Vero are my heroes and I can’t wait to see what kind of trouble they will get into next. This fourth installment of the series was a fantastic read I couldn’t put down.
Finlay Donovan Rolls the Dice finds Finlay and Vero heading to Atlantic City to try and find Javi,Vero’s childhood crush, and deal with a dangerous loan shark. Of course they stumble upon some dead bodies and then have to keep them hidden in their plot to find Javi. This one is extra fun because Finlay’s mother and her ex-husband and their kids are along for the ride. Then Finlay’s hot cop, Nick, shows up. The pressure is own to save Javi and keep her secrets from those she loves.
This book has so many laugh out loud moments. I have yet to read book in this series that disappoints. If you have not read the Finlay Donovan series, do yourself a favor and pick up book one today.

Another great Finlay read. I can understand how people feel the series is winding down, but I’ve definitely been enjoying the ride. These fun characters have pulled me out of a slump and I’m looking forward to the next one!
Thank you NetGalley and Minotaur books for the advanced copy!

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for my review copy!
Another funny and intriguing tale of shenanigans with Finlay and Vero. These reads are such a nice break from reality, and truly have me laughing out loud at times. I definitely recommend!
