I really liked the theme that the book talked about and I liked the approach that the author had on it.

The book focuses on the goals and the steps we need to take to achieve them. Step out of your comfort zone with something ridiculously easy, for something medium flexible, which will result in something guaranteed.
I really liked the things the book covered, I needed to hear a lot of what was there, but the crafts part was really impactful for me. I can do something just for the joy it gives me. Simple, but so difficult.

The author is funny and talks about thoughts and things we struggle with on a daily basis, he talks about it, but we know it's real because we've already felt it.
I really appreciated the author reading the book, that made the book more intimate as the author added stories, notes and advice that he didn't give in the book, the audio extras, if you will.

I find it a motivating book with actions and exercises for us to do (which I love), which leads us to reflect on this for ourselves and apply it to our lives.

I want to go see more of the author's books, because this one had a really impact on me.

This is an unbiased review from an ARC shared with me.
This book is hilarious and real. I'm so grateful for Jon's relatability in this book. He talks about how we've been frozen because we have been convinced that we need to figure out the exact answers to the question about what our goals need to be. This book is interactive in an intuitive way- it has great ways to connect with the material presented with great pacing. love how this book is research and data backed. It's not just opinion- it's proven. Overall, this book is a must read!

I have mixed reactions to this because I'm not the right audience. I don't think I (or others) have to achieve massive potential or feel regret. But for those that do, this has solid, helpful ideas.

I really appreciate the free copy for review!!

Do you have a goal that you are looking for a spark of motivation to achieve? Then this book is for you. I like Jon am often a rabbit and I think of a new goal and run way too fast toward the goal just towards that goal just to get burnt out too fast, or distracted. In this book, Jon Acuff lays out a great and simple plan to help reach your goals. It all starts with easy goals and easy wins.

I really enjoyed this book and have started working on some easy goals. I love how Jon gives practical information and tells you not to compare yourself to others. He also explains how to give yourself grace for where you are in your life and make plans for your goals accordingly.

I recently finished listening to 'All It Takes Is a Goal' by Jon Acuff, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. This audiobook is a game-changer for anyone who wants to set and achieve their goals. Acuff's writing style is captivating and easy to understand, and his recommendations are realistic and feasible. One of the most valuable aspects of this audiobook is Acuff's emphasis on leveraging your strengths. Instead of dwelling on your mistakes and shortcomings, he suggests reflecting on your accomplishments and using them as inspiration for pursuing future objectives. I found this approach to be refreshing and uplifting. Acuff also covers essential topics about the three performance zones: the Comfort Zone, the Discomfort Zone, and the Delusion Zone. Knowing which zone you're in and how to handle it can help you achieve your goals effectively. I found this to be a valuable lesson that I can apply to my own life. Overall, I highly recommend 'All It Takes Is a Goal' as an excellent audiobook for anyone seeking guidance on achieving their goals, whether in their career, relationships, or personal fulfilment. Jon Acuff's advice is practical and empowering, making it easier to approach goal setting confidently.
Additionally, the author of this audiobook reads very well and is engaging. His pleasant voice made me feel like he was sitting with me, sharing his secrets to improve life. I greatly appreciated the extra bonuses in the form of anecdotes and stories that expanded my perspective.

I’ve been following Jon Acuff since reading Do Over, so was happy when I received the audiobook All it takes is a goal! Having participated in Jon’s challenges previously was familiar with some of his thoughts on goals. Jon is a self proclaimed “goal nerd” so this book is right in his sweet spot. He gives a well researched method for setting and obtaining goals. I especially liked the Best Moments Lists.

Jon is an excellent narrator, he makes it fun and entertaining. Love all the audio extras!!

Thanks RB Media and NetGalley for this audiobook. All opinions are my own.
