I was so excited to get my grubby hands on this, and it didn't disappoint. Amy's last book is one that I recommend constantly, and this follows Max, an assistant at the agency Nina worked for in For Her Consideration, and Sadie. I was rooting for them so much, and I know I need a thesaurus, so I use more adjectives than delightful, but goodness. I would say that my *only* issue is a personal one, that I dislike any sexy times that have to do with public food and drink spaces. That's a me issue? I mean, my 15yo won't eat mac and cheese if I use my fork to shove it onto his plate. We all have our issues. It didn't lessen my enjoyment of the book. Amy is a treasure.

I continue to love the Hollywood world that Spaulding has created. It was great to watch Sadie turn from an idea to a real person through Max's eyes, and I really loved watching Max realize that it wasn't the world holding her back. Can't wait for the next one.

At Her Service is probably one of the cutest rom-coms I have read this year. As many have said, if you liked One Last Stop by Casey McQuiston, this is right up your ally. Queer, relatable self discovery mixed with the perfect amount of romance and a little bit of spice. I really loved this one.

This is a great book. I enjoyed reading this. The characters are wonderful and the story itself is interesting. I couldn’t put it down until I finished. Recommend reading this.

Such a cute romance. I read it so fast. The characters reminded me a lot of Casey McQuiston's One Last Stop (in vibe and spirit), so if that was your thing, you'll probably like this one too. I also really loved how accurate the character's professions are. Nothing takes me out of a romance faster than when the author clearly has 0 idea of how an industry works (obviously we can play with truths and make things more malliable for story's sake, BUT when its just completely off track, I can't focus). This book does not suffer from that. Also I love that little things mentioned were true - at one point a character names a bougie candle AND IT REALLY EXISTS. I love that. (And now I am so curious what this 70$ "Big Sur After Rain" candle smells like and is it worth it?) The accuracy and the vibes were spot on and I enjoyed this book a lot.
