I loved this self care book. I resonated with many of the things she talked about and I'm excited to try some of these tips and ideas that she came up with. If you're Latina or even half like I am this book is for you. I'm excited to share this book with other family members and friends. Thank you netgalley, the publisher and the author for allowing me to read this book.

I was very excited for this book. Roughly 80% of my student population is Hispanic/latinx.

When going through this the text I had hoped for more interactive pieces or shall I say a workbook style but it was full on text. I do feel the text was relevant and covered a lot

A nice and easy read which encourages to put yourself first.

It includes a collection of self-care tips (such as Feel all your emotions, Ask for a hug, Date yourself, ...) and all of them are grouped into three parts: for body, mind and spirit.

It is beneficial not only for latinas, but other nationality women who are interested in self-care and who loves to know other cultures.

The cover of the book is fabulous. I would love to have some colorful pictures inside the book as well.
