Wow! I needed a box of tissues to get to the end of this emotional, heartbreaking story of love, loss and grief.
When Jess goes to the doctor for what she thinks is a blocked milk duct from breast feeding her infant, she receives a shocking diagnosis. This cannot be true. She is only twenty-one!
She immediately begins to write letters to leave to her daughter Edie. Nothing left unturned.
But... can she finish all of her thoughts before it's time to go?
Thank you to @NetGalley and to @Boldwood Books for this ARC and allowing me to read and provide my own review. I will be thinking of this story for a long time.

Dear reader,
I wanted you to know, you might need tissues for this one.

As sad as this book is, I can't help but be genuinely warmed by the love a mother has for her baby, the way she wants to explain the world to her, knowing she won't be there to do it in person.
The relationship between Jess and Gemma was a highlight for me too, something so positive.
A lovely story, that did have me a bit misty eyed at the end.

I liked this sad, heart wrenching, but powerful book. It is full of emotion and left me with lessons and affirmation of what's important in life, love and acceptance.

Thank you to Netgalley and Boldwood Books for the e-ARC in exchange for an honest review.
